The Montana Indoor Clean Air Act went into effect last October, but now it appears that even smokers have found a loophole.

A loophole would be a way to continue smoking. vaping ain't smoking; GET IT!!! lol

Thanks. I hadn't read the comments, all of which were favorable to e-cigs and refuting the erroneous statement.

btw, I appreciate all you are doing in the campaign. Please keep it up! I wouldn't be half as informed if you weren't here doing everything you can.
