More newbie questions: Vendors/suppliers "authorized" vs. "copycat"

may be a little *sensitive* questioin....somewhere on this forum somebody gave the link to joyetech's list of copycats and/or unverified/unauthorized.

Then noticed a few of the copycat or unauthorized were listed on ECF vendors lists.

How to determine if products are authentic or copycats? Just ask?

The reason I ask is because I really want a cherry red eGO Twist for my best friend, and cannot find one. Obviously, it woul have to come from a pretty large vendor, since lots of color choices would only come to them with a big order.

Ones I did find seem to appear on the copycat or unauthorized list? How to proceed?

I like the way the wick feed looks on the twist. How do feel about the vape-production using a 100% VG?

Joye products have their logo etched on the bottom cap. I'm sure any vendor will tell you if the product you want is made by Joye, all you have to do is ask, especially vendors listed on ECF.

It's confusing since you say you cannot find one; and then you say,"Ones I did find seem to appear on the copycat or unauthorized list?". I'm not sure if you can or cannot find them.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by wick feed or vapor production with 100% VG on the twist. Are you asking about a clearo when used on the twist?
