K so, I have quit smoking for 11 days now. Ive been smoking ecig for about days. I have an "e smart"? with 12mg juice. So my question is, are you getting MORE nicotine smoking an ecig? what is the ratio- like between 1 filled "esmart" to a cig? or a pack? I've had mine for 6 days and still have not had to top up. im still on the first fill of ejuice. I only take like 10-15 puffs all day. Anyone able to inform me?!! Im not even sure if this makes sense! Im still new to all this!!!

COOL!!! I go through 3 2.5ml protanks a day (2mg nic though) but I think this is more for the muscle memory of smoking than the actual need for nic. plus its yummy (yes, grouchy old man said yummy, DON'T JUDGE ME!!!!)

With 12 mg I doubt it. Ecig nicotine levels are based on a daily amount that a smoker was used too and compares to what you get in one day not just one cigarette. 12 is actually the low end of the spectrum. 24 is full strength pretty much and 6 is the lowest unless you mix your own. You have to really chainvape to get the same nicotine as you would out of one cigarette in one sitting.

At this point in time, it is still not possible to equate the amount of nicotine in a pack of cigarettes to the amount of nicotine in juice. There are also several other factors in play.

1) type of vaporizer used
2) delivery system used
3) type of coils. Micro, mini, etc.
4) amount of power to coils
Etc.....

My view is that I'm not worried about the nicotine levels. It's the smoke and other chemicals that kills.

Your next question would probably be how much juice does the average person vape a day. From what I've read, it's about 3 to 5 ml per day. Some may even vape up to 15ml per day. Some may vape 6mg nic, and others 36mg. Different people would have different reactions/needs to the amount of nicotine needed.

For me with 22mg eliquids or cartridges that I get I found them on the stong side, meaning that my impression is that it sure feels like more.
But since you don't have to light an ecig you dont feel the need to smoke it out so it doesnt waste! So it's easier to reduce the addiction.

I myself use 1 clearo with a nic flavor in it occassionally, but my main clearo carries lower or 0 nic.
