most durable mod ever?

Now I currently own a few more and have an issue with the majority of them. I have a 3vo a lavatube al a vmod and a buzz pro. I like all of them and have had an issue with which one to take to work.. I generally take my 3vo and keep my buzz in the car. I keep the buzz in the car as a backup as I would rather not chance being out and not having a pg nar me. They both take the same batter so it is nice to only carry 2 mods rather than 2 complete setups. I choose not to take my buzz out with me because I do alot of construction work and invariably I am inherintly rough on my pg's as they are laid down on various tables and thrown in pockets etc as I move about my day. however after 3 weeks of what I would.call average use for my line of work the 3vo is dead. First the cap for the tank stripped a week ago and today it rolled off a 4 ft high cabinet and landed bottom down on the concrete floor. The light only flashes red now...GRRR... At any rate anyone have an opinion on severe condition mods? Something built like a tank? Also anyone have recommendations for a holster for mods? I need to stop breaking these things. First a bolt now a 3vo. I just need a steel tube with rubber armor.There ya go folks 2 million dollar ideas... Rubber mod jackets and severe duty pv's

if it doesn't need to be VV you should consider the silver bullet. it is build like a tank, and it would take a lot to destroy it.

Reo grands are like tanks.. All mechanical. People have driven over them and they still worked. Take out the battery and atty and you can actually wash the thing in water.

VV? I dunno about Variable Voltage. ANYTHING WITH INTERNAL ELECTRONICS WILL FAIL EVENTUALLY.
If you're willing to do without that, I would say the Prodigy V3 by Puresmoker. Mine has been ran over 4-5 times in traffic and still hits as good as ever!!!

maybe the REO Grand or REO Mini...both are made from one block of aluminium and can take quite a lot of beating

I've droped my Reo Grand in a dirty soaking lasagna pan (over night) In the ocean, in sand, on concrete, marble and pretty much every ugly situation I get myself in. I've destroyed many DT, batteries and cartomizers, but my Grand keeps on working.

I go the other way with mods for rough duty. These little things only costs me $2.20 to build, so I don't really care if it gets lost, stollen, or broken. It's been in the duck blind, rabbit hunting, fishing, tossed in the toolbox, you name it.

May I suggest a SS Don, and if you need VV, you could slap a Kicked in it. It's all mechanical and it's, IMO, bullet-proof. I've dropped mine multiple times on the cement, but it still keeps on firing.

I'm biased a bit. My Silver Bullet has been through everything. Installs in gas plants in an H2S heavy environment, dropped in water, dropped from a pocket onto concrete, dropped from a pocket onto square steel tubing, etc. I've had no problems with it mechanically at all. In water, I got to toss the carto, battery, etc, but the main switch dried out and it's worked fine since.

I don't know which mod is the most durable ever as I haven't owned all of the ones mentioned, but I have owned the Silver Bullet and its rock solid.

Another vote for either a Silver Bullet or Reo Grand. Either will handle lots of abuse.

My Precise plus has been pretty hardcore, but I was gonna suggest the Silver bullet as well because its much cheaper, the precise is much smaller but costs twice as much I think, the precise also comes with a lifetime warranty, which is nice if anything did happen. Also, someone mentioned the copper mod, and those things are literally like a tank, they are made of plumbing pipes, my brother used one in a steel factory for quite some time but what he didnt like about it was the maintenance of all that brass.
