No matter how much a mod or battery looks like a real cig, if it is not an auto battery then it won't feel or look like you are vaping on a real cigarette anyways. Call me crazy, but I would rather have something that I can adjust the voltage, get a longer life between charges and longer life in general and have something that can be fixed by the manufacturer if something goes wrong than having a cig-like auto battery.

I don't see that the OP is personally attacking anyone...

On the flip-side, I see that a lot of members taking it personally.

I agree I don't see his first post as being that bad, but this one I don't know how anyone else could not see this as a troll post meant only to piss people off.
“I love my box mod” (subtext: I am unimaginative and/or have a financial interest in box mods). “It’s my new closest friend” (subtext: I am severely addicted and will indulge it to the end). “Everything in the looks department is relative” (subtext: I am poorly educated). “Make one yourself you wicked wicked troll” (subtext: waaaaaaaaaaah!). I never knew I’d have so much fun here.

I mean if that was his intention thats fine, but he shouldn't be surprised when people call him a troll though. Wording could have saved a lot of face for him at this point, but I don't think he cares. I mean isn't saying "I really wish the convenience and benefits of having a larger type mod could be contained in a smaller e-cig type PV, but since I can only hypothesize how this can be achieved I remain grateful for what is currently in the market and give tribute to the present engineers and builders who have gotten so many of smokers off the cigs with their latest offerings" the same thing :) I find his figurative speech and ostentatious wording quite pretentious and a sad way to get his message of "I wish mods were smaller and more cig shaped" across. That's my :2c:

Completely agree. People keep buying boxes though, maybe they like looking like a hobo huffin gas out of a juice box?

On the other hand, some people don't mind looking like they are sucking on a personal pleasure toy that actually has a digital read out to let them know how aroused they are. It's all quite subjective.

The post some of you want to criticize the most went up after some folks starting wishing me illness, lack of success, etc. The only response is the truth. The box mod is ugly, sorry, same for the bicycle pump-looking mods. Their aesthetics appear trapped by their surrounding garages/basements. Better looks and functionality are already on the table and just around the corner. Meanwhile, if you're unhappy with knowing how silly it looks to be sucking out of your juice box, suffice it to say that you still have a right to ugly expression in this country.

Like the guy boasting about his collection of 7 box mods ...
I know a guy who has a collection of cocktail shakers. I, and all of his friends, know he is an alcoholic. Collecting box mods means a person is either a severe addict or just another businessman designing and wanting to capitalize on severe addiction, which is what box mods are all about anyway.
