Mouth to lung vs to lung

I bought 2 atomizers that I did my first coil job on. The problem is I get the feeling that these things for direct lung vaping . I can't see M/L vaping with these. However I think I like the direct lung vaping. Seems I need less watts.

Is there any reason that direct lung vaping is worse for my lungs than M/L vaping?

With DL where is the flavor?

Some people believe that vaping is 100% healthy.
Some people believe it is not completely healthy, but much, much healthier than smoking.
If you belong to the second group than you should accept that DL is a bit worse than MTL, because:
1. With MTL a lot of vapor is absorbed in a mouth before it gets in lungs. With DL all goes direct to lungs.
2. Usually (always?) switching from MTL to DL leads to increased juice consumption.

To make any flavor in a DL tank you need power, surface area, coil mass, and exceptional wicking.
Ii hit a friends kayfun something or another and thought the same thing...no flavor at all. Same for any drop on coils.
I like a lung full in less than 2 seconds with tons of flavor from juice that I've halved the flavoring in to make it super smooth.
You just need to evaporate all the juice in one shot instead of over sevrral seconds.

I inhale to the mouth for 7-8 seconds to let the taste buds have time to taste, then exhale through the nose to have a final smell. My lungs don't have taste buds, nor do they smell.

It passes over your tounge to reach the lungs. Alot of it all at once. It's not like you can't hold it in your mouth.
I'd have to smoke 8-12 mg juice MTL to get the nic that I need. DTL I'm at 1.5-2.5 mg and I can get dizzy if I hit it too many times.
Everyone is going to have their preference and there's a tank that fits. Even the tootle poofers. =)
It's a never ending hobby...I hit a wall not long ago where running the same builds over and over was tiring and tedious.
Now I make my clapton and opened a whole new world of flavor and options.
