Moving from 18mg to 24mg

I tried chain vaping 18mg today and it didn't stop me lighting up a cigarette.

I did manage to go 6 hours analogue free though which is a good start considering I would have smoked 6 or 7 analogues in that time.

To to those who vape at 24mg did moving up from 18mg to 24mg make a difference to you?

Currently using an ego with a ce5.

I smoked a pack and a half a day and managed on 18mg juice, but everyone is different. I found that having a variable voltage device was essential for me though. I turned up the power for a better hit when a craving got bad, and that helped tremendously and allowed me to stick with 18 mg rather then go up to 24 mg.

Cigarettes contain far more then nicotine to keep you hooked though. The alkaloids in tobacco create an antidepressant effect. You could also be craving that, on top of just the nicotine. Some who couldn't stop smoking on just nicotine e-juice found success with WTA liquids, or Whole Tobacco Alkaloid liquids. I've never purchased any, so I don't know what to recommend to you, but if you do a Google search it should pop up. Snus has also helped people too.

I'm on day 12 and I did it with 24. I'm completely comfortable and satisfied and I came from smoking 2 packs a day for over 25 years. I do vape all day long . If you find yourself feeling jittery or sweaty, at that point move back to a 18 for awhile then when you feel better return to your 24. This has worked great for me. I don't have any cravings to smoke. The 24 has kept me smoke free.
