I want one that's basically an unturned polished blank with the tube inside, so that it remains a big fat cylinder without additional contours! Well, OK, except at the connecting end, where it could taper down to the connector.

That would be like a bazooka. WOW, never thought of that but we can make that happen. You might just start a new trend. Just a warning these things are 1 3\8" from the bottom of the connector to the tip and x 3/4" Dia. Yikes!!!

Seriously, that wouldn't be too big, in my opinion. My one objection to any of the tips I've used so far is that they're just uncomfortably small, even smaller than cigarette filters, and then the majority of them taper inward.
