Hello All. Ms T had a storm blow through her neighborhood which knocked out her internet!

Please do not worry, she is fine and I am sure everything will be up and running again soon. For now, please do not email her as she does not have any internet. I (or someone else) will let you know as soon as she gets back up and running. For now, please have patience as she deals with this problem.

Wow, thanks for the update! I was starting to really wonder what was going on. I have an order that was placed on Oct. 31st that is still in baking status! (OMG, I need my cotton candy!!!!)

Figures, I see this thread RIGHT after I finished sending her an email wondering what was up with my order! I'm glad she is ok as well, but I am down to about 2ml of Snickerdoodle and I'm freaking out!!!! Hopefully this gets straightened out real soon. I am now freaking out realizing I WILL run out of my favorite juice before my new bottles arrive, since I will still have to wait for it to get here once it finally ships. If she didn't make such amazing juice, I wouldn't be in this position lol.

I had placed my first order with Ms T back on the 3rd. I was starting to wonder how long those snickerdoodles and sugar cookies had to bake!! I was beginning to think she bakes like my sister (little hard black pieces of coal)

That is odd. Maybe she was waiting on an ingredient for one of liquids you ordered. I assure you that I don't get special treatment that I know of.

When did you order? There's usually a 6-8 day period from order placing to delivery these days as she is busy pumping out the orders.

ok i see it was only a chouple days ago just figured on my log in for the site it would at least say my order was being made or somthing instead of "pending"
