Is it considered bad form to mention another vendor here? Hopefully the answer is no.

ABSOFREAKINLUTELY!!! This is my third attempt at writing this. I do not know you, you do not know me and I do not want to sound like some high-n-mighty. I will settle for being a total jerk. It is extremely impolite to use someones own store so to speak to hype someone elses product. Granted this is a forum, but it is still their storefront.

The best way to answer someone's question about something like this is to use the "Private Message" utility. That way you and anyone else can discuss whichever vendor you like without plastering someone elses advertisement on a vendor's forum page. the same goes for signatures. If you are posting on a forum where your signature would be an ad for competition, it would just be common courtesy to not show your signature for that post.

Mrs T's as a business shouldn't worry too much. I have only ordered twice but the product is great and worth waiting for. I like the idea that they are still small enough to handle my order with a personal touch yet big enough to offer a good variety of products. I too go to other vendors, however the Mrs T's forum page is not the place to talk about OTHER e-liquid vendors.

In plain terms, I don't know but let's pretend you are a married female. A girlfriend comes by and with you sitting there she proceeds to tell your husband that yeah, you're not a bad wife but, if you picked her she does blah blah blah better......blah blah blah better and more often.

Call me what you will, like I said, we do not know each other. I have no reason to dislike you. I do feel that by asking that question Ishould offer my opinion. And opinions are like --, we all have em and they all stink. This one is from a 53yo grumpy old guy.

Keep up the great work Mrs T's. Order is comin soon

wait times seem about the same as before move.

I have to disagree with you here. But they are getting better. It is hard to catch up when everyone is placing bigger orders than normal. I am going to be placing another one before this one is sent out, but the time is getting better. I am up to 10 days right now, and if we were back to pre moving days, I would already had received it. But I understand it takes time to settle in.

I think she should close her store until she is caught up. Then she could take a day or 2 to breathe before starting back in. She needs to get wait times under 2 weeks in my opinion. 5-7 business days for processing and mixing, and then a couple days for shipping would be perfectly acceptable to me. I don't think that is asking a lot. I understand it takes a lot of time to mix all those delicious juices, and she has some of the best juice out there!!! But waiting longer than 2 weeks is getting a bit ridiculous. Sorry for my rant. Vape away!!

The fact is, Ms T is still not happy with where she is in the line, even though several hundreds of orders have been shipped since this started. Everyone would agree that it's difficult to continuously work very hard for weeks on end, and still feel miles away from a goal. She is feeling that, but when I talk to her she is enthusiastic about pressing through, and she is encouraged by the nice things so many of you have said. Believe it or not, there are still some problems she is having to deal with. For example, things still aren't right with the plumbing, making normal life very difficult sometimes. I know I take my fully-functional plumbing for granted most days.

I'll give you another example too, because this one is particularly frustrating. Mastercard has recently started a new thing where T is required to have a swipe machine, and do so many transactions on it per month. She has absolutely no need for this thing whatsoever. It seems that it is mandatory, expensive, and it requires a bunch of other useless stuff from us. We don't know if this is an e-cig industry thing, or maybe a new thing to squeeze internet-only vendors for a little more. Ms T intends to keep accepting Mastercard, but they are pushing an unfair policy. Visa seems to have nothing to do with this so if you have a choice between using a Visa or Mastercard, use Visa! If you don't have a choice or just don't care, it's fine. You'll still be able to use your Mastercard without a problem because T is already getting the machine.

Aside from all that, she still isn't quite settled into her home, and real life tosses in a few bumpy roads when it wants to. She is pretty well settled into her lab though, and the increased amount of space is really doing it for her. It seems like she is able to get into a really good groove there, and she still has more plans for it. I'm also proud to see T being able to keep up like she has. Interestingly, I have noticed that there ARE other popular e-juice vendors having trouble keeping up with their demand, who have two-week waits, are closed certain days, etc. I won't mention their names here since we don't do that on Ms T's paid forum, but it is clear that demand is just SO high here in the US that lots of places who provide quality products just can't keep up. After looking at their sites a little, I see that they usually have more employees than we do. Ms T is literally doing herself what 3 or 4 people might do. To help with that, she has acquired a new mixer, who is doing REALLY well, but Ms T has not yet been able to really accelerate training. This mixer has been in place for a few weeks now. With the amount of orders in queue, T often creates most of the orders herself at the expense of training time. Moving past the delay will allow more time for training.

So, I guess this is just an update. Not too much to tell really. She is still working hard every day, except for days every once in a while when something keeps her from it. When she is not creating, she is working on location issues and problems involving things she needs to create e-juice, which can sometimes be difficult to acquire. It seems like the wait on orders is still about two weeks, but T feels like it will drop more over the next week or so. If you email me asking about your status, you may not get a response very quickly if your ship date is still impossible for me to predict. I'm doing my best but I just can't accurately tell you until it is within maybe 3 days. This is mainly because it is so hard to tell how many she can do in a day. It varies a lot based on order sizes.

Oh, one more thing, I will probably close this thread tomorrow and start a new order status thread. We like to do that every once in awhile when they start getting big. I'll put a link to the new thread in a final post on this one. Thanks for the patience and support everyone, it is very much appreciated!!

Thanks for the update Brandon! I'm happy to hear that she is settled in and enjoying her new lab! And yay for the new mixer!!!

I hope the rest gets sorted out soon! I will try to keep the Mastercard issue in mind when ordering. Do you see any benefit to mentioning it on the pay page when ordering? That would help me remember, but it might cause some confusion if people think that it means they can't use Mastercards.
