Thanks that's good news for me... Phil Busardo told me to try some of her coffee blends, so I ordered some, Ive been watch YouTube reviews on her product and can't help but to be exited to try them. I have a stock pile of other juices for now so the wait is not killoing me. As I stated before I knew what I was getting into when I made the order.

I wish Ms T would put a status update on her site just so her reputation would stop being thrashed. I hate to see that happen to someone who seems to have done so many people right since 2009.

So till my order arrives it's Go, Go Go Go... Go Tammy Go- Go ! Lol

Exactly. I ordered from her because of the reviews on the juice, and simply expected the juice to ship according to what is listed on her site. I was not aware of any type of 4+ week wait, when her site clearly doesn't indicate that. It's great she's listed what has been shipped on the main page, but to new buyers that doesn't really help, because you have NO idea what your order number is. I was 300+ behind what was on her page when I placed my order. Had I know this in advance I may not have been as concerned of the long wait time. I just feel it's like false advertisement. I run a small online business, and if I said I'd mail items in a week, and didn't ship them for 4 weeks, you can bet I'd have issues.

Expecting to wait is one thing, unknowingly having to wait is quite another.

I think everyone here is in agreement that waiting is not the biggest problem. It is the lack of communication from Ms T that bothers everyone. Like I said in my previous post, 5 minutes a week is NOT A BLOG, just an update and letting us know when she is a little farther behind than normal. If she did post on here once a week (or on her website) we as customers would feel more like she actually cares about our opinions and our wait time. Whether she does care is not the issue, as a business owner she should always make the customer feel like she cares. We like to feel warm and fuzzy!! LOL

CV

P.S. Again, I love Ms T's juices, and until such time as someone can make something as good, I will continue to order from her. But her lead times are hurting her bottom line, and that is one thing I worry about. I want her business to flourish and grow. She got into this back when the game started, she should be FAR ahead of the competition!

My order, which was placed on 8/20 just went to shipped status today. Don't even care at this point. No pun intended, but she has left a bad taste in my mouth. I only hope that the flavors I ordered, other than Snickerdoodle, are as good.

I will never order from her again as I have found a number of vendors that are cheaper, with better liquids, who value me as a customer. As for living without Snickerdoodle, gotta tell you that Clean Smoke has a cinnabun flavor that is heavenly and a more than adequate alternative. Best of all, they have B&M near me. The Good Life has Deadly Sin that is also yummy.

And for other bakery flavors, Alice in Vapeland's Cupcake City, Lemon Loves Cake and Zombie Apocalypse are all awesome. Yes, they limit when they open, but when they take your order, it arrives in a week, with a lot of fanfare and pride in the product and their customers. Oh, and they have a phone number, which they always answer.

Good luck to all you fans of Mrs T, I wish you well.

She actually responded to my message I sent her. Basically, life happened and she had to put a hold on things but as far as I am aware, she's back to the kitchen baking the goods. It's just having put everything on hold backed her up a bit since she didn't close down orders so they just continued pouring in. It does suck though having to wait all this time for it to get here and THEN having to wait longer once they arrive for steeping.

Thanks for the info Goldenticket!

 The status of order #37593 is now Awaiting Shipment

Yay for awaiting shipment!! I hope it ships soon!

Latest update from Ms T's orders 37509-37583 created and shipped on 9/14 that puts her on just a tad over 14 orders a day over a two week average. Going by those numbers its going to take another 32 days before my order of 37901 gets shipped that was placed on 8/30.

That comes out to 47 days for my order to shipped at the current rate. Putting my orders shipping ETA October 16th.

With those numbers which seem about right, my estimate is 5 weeks from when she took my money until when my order should ship.
Hope it's worth your wait. I've bought a house and moved into it in less time than that.

I'm on my second round as well. It is a struggle, but I'm 2.5 years in this time and I think it stuck.

You could always order a bottle or two in addition to ordering elsewhere. That way you have what you want plus other things that get to you quicker. That's what I do ;)

With vaping I have backups for my backups. That is with everything: batts, chargers, cartos/clearos, juice and vendors. The easy thing about smoking is that cigs are so readily available and if you run out of anything a quick trip to the corner store will have you back in action. Unless you are lucky enough to live next to an awesome B&M vape shop it is not the same. I live in hurricane country so not only do I have to keep vendor issues in mind I also have to keep that in mind. Evacuating, days/weeks without electricity and/or mail running. You learn a few things after you have to do without once. Another recent one I discovered is when I had a medical emergency and couldn't use my hand to rebuild all these coils I'd been planning on rebuilding. I had everything I needed and still couldn't use them. Luckily I kept some DCTs that I hadn't used in months and they were a lifesaver, so to speak.

She will be pumping them out. This time last year, she was away due to getting kids setup for schools. This happens every year at this time. Those of us with kids knows how much fun it is getting things in order to get those kids out the door to school, especially when school has just started. There are plenty of people that love her stuff and are willing to wait. I am one of those people. If you want good stuff you are willing to wait. Just as I am willing to wait over 3 weeks for my custom tanks I order. Everything she has is made when she has the order for it, not before hand like a lot of other places do.

Well the good news is that Ms. T is not always averaging 12-14 orders a day, in looking at some of the older posts on this fairly new thread that is still lacking data to work with I have seen as many as 30 order per day averages and that is not factoring in only business days so that number could go higher. It feels like a roller coaster ride with the numbers but it is things to do until I get my order status updated.
