Ms T's Waiting Room

I also think Ms Ts is one of the best juices I had bought and the price is right as well. I got a sweet tooth when it comes to vaping and her sweet juices are the best. I think it is right up there with Gourmet vapor with extra shots, but its cheaper and I believe it is better. I actually like gourmet vapor but only buy it when they send me 40% off coupons in the email lol. It is just to expensive for my liking..

Love Cinnamon roll! To me the taste is a perfect replica of the real thing. It's like she baked a bunch of them and stuffed them in a bottle where they turned into juice. Truly magical!! Every aspect of the cinnamon roll including the dough that was rolled to make it. It's amazing!
French Vanilla has been a staple since I first tried it 3 years ago. It is my morning vape at 30mg. To me it is not too sweet, great flavor and perfect TH. Love it! I did get tired of it once and didn't order it. I craved it and it was in my next order!
Pear is currently here steeping and I haven't tried it yet. But it smells awesome!!

Yay for your order arriving and major grats on 1 year!! That is awesome! Vape on RHP :vapor:

Thanks brother! I may try other flavors down the line but for now BFC feels like my brand. I even dig her unflavored version.

Well I am certainly not a newbie to her liquid, and can voice my opinion of her customer service (or NON customer service). I have NEVER waited this long for an order from her. This IS unacceptable. sorry if you don't think so!

I'm no newbie and as such expect a wait. I ordered 4wks ago and don't rightly care I've had to wait .. Sure I'm down to a dribble of my staple ADV but seriously, no big deal. I became concerned there has been such a wait because I was worried Tammy may have taken ill or something awful may have happened.

People need to relax and roll with it. It's a small boutique business, want mass production run of the mill stuff, order Dekang, want something worth waiting for, order from Ms T and be patient because when it arrives its a whole lot of awesomeness. I expect more from long term customers. We build rapport over time with Tammy and I'd think a little compassion and care would be demonstrated, particularly when clearly there are known issues such as the loss of her right hand person.

Sorry, erinsm, personally, feel your view is skewed.

I think by "threatening" she meant threatening with legal action to get their money back, or threatening to report to the BBB, not physical violence.

No, she meant threaten in every sense of the word. Not Ok. Quite frankly, the more I've learnt, the more appalled I am by the indecency of people with no moral or ethic fibre. Shameful behaviour for those who have engaged in it. Sad and sorry to say it.

Sweet!! Let me know what you think of the French Vanilla Cappuccino! I have a bottle here steeping. I don't like the taste of coffee, I like just a hint of coffee blended with other flavors. I tried her Mocha and it was just too much coffee for me. I'm hoping the FVC will be better. I absolutely love her French Vanilla!

French Vanilla Cap is delumptious .. Creamy and gentle note of coffee running through .. I likes it but its not an ADV for me. Live it periodically!

Oh, I didn't know she clarified that; that is way over the top for sure!

I remember waiting for 2 years for a guitar effect pedal that I prepaid quite a bit of money for, and that eventually led to a situation where I contacted the AG in his state and the situation was finally resolved with a refund (thanks to the AG's office!). That was a crazy situation and a ton of people getting screwed, but not once did I or anyone else ever think of physically threatening him. What a world.

I really think if it weren't for the deluded fanboys/girls this business would go under. I've ordered from her once and only once. Never again. Customer service is non-existant. Wait times on the website are updated once in a blue moon and she leaves her site open to orders when she's not even "in the office" fulfilling orders (re: out of town to college, doing things for high school, etc).

The website still states 4-8 business days yet some people have been waiting for over a month to even have their orders shipped (at least 20 business days). So this business owner couldn't be bothered with updating her website of delays to inform those who put food on her table? Does she expect people to search all over the internet to find a more accurate wait time? The creation of this forum thread is testament to her extended waits and people searching for an answer. This is also not the first time this has happened either.

Let's go back a little further to the time when she was banning people from her site merely for frequenting the DIY forums because she thought they were trying to steal her recipes.

I truly regret ever ordering from this person and putting money in her pocket. The service was beyond poor and the product was mediocre at best. I'll keep ordering from vendors like Alice in Vapeland, Vapetrik, Ahlusion, Nicoticket, Good Life Vapor, etc. who not only produce great products but have truthful wait times and good to stellar customer service.

Flame on fanboys/girls.

Second time I've ordered from MrsT's. First time took about 3 weeks, this time a month. She was very kind and apologetic with the first order, even sending me a note and more than I ordered at no additional charge. Let me say that her product is absolutely incredible and has become my new favorite. Possibly regrettably. I will admit that I am impatient and hate waiting. I have experienced the exercise in futility trying to get Boba's, (I was however able to order two bottles of Boba's this morning) which is what led me to MrsT's in the first place, only to find that MrsT's is almost as difficult. The long wait times would not be so frustrating if she offered bulk size bottles at a discount. I asked her about this at one point but never got a response. A question for the repeat customers: are the long waits typical or did I just pick a bad time to order?

Howdy Mr Harris, Yeah it was just a bad time in my opinion. There's a lil over 200 posts in this thread and only the last few were whiners. Ironically, if you have the time, skim through it and you'll see what went down and if I was THREATENED (which includes my family) aside from getting the feds on it I probably wouldn't respond to every email either. But basically, she lost an employee who handled a lot of the (non-juice) part of the business recently, and so ya got a domino effect. Meanehile she's still in the "kitchen" cranking out those orders one by one in the first come first serve fashion.

Long story short, if you dig her juice then stick around because the business side of things are going to get better which naturally will speed up production, ya know?

Thanks Pat. I have spent SO MUCH money on useless juice and it always seems that as soon as I find one that I truly like, there is always some complication. VERY frustrating. If I order something from Liberty Flights (located in CA) in the morning I have it in my mailbox the next afternoon in NY!! Too bad their juice tastes like crap.

Can you please show me where she stated how she or her family were threatened? I've read back through the posts and didn't see anything but may have missed something. Someone saying they are going to make a report of poor business practices is the right of the customer. Threats of bodily harm on the other hand are just plain wrong.

No troll, just truth, but I expected nothing less from you. Do you solve all your life's problems by calling people names if you don't agree with them?

I can speak for myself, thank you. It's not what you're saying, it's where you're saying it at. Wise up.

You seem to be a bit addled at the moment. I never said you couldn't speak for yourself. I merely pointed out that you were calling someone you don't know a derogatory name when nothing in the post even vaguely mentioned you. Yet you just HAD to chime in didn't you? I've read through the posts and your fanboy status of this vendor is quite well cemented.

So where would you like me to post negative reviews of this vendor? Don't you think that other customers, first time customers, deserve a word of warning that they will not wait the amount of time listed on the supplier's website. It's quite ludicrous that a customer would have to visit a totally unrelated site to receive information on the disparity of posted and actual wait times for a product for which they have paid. There is not even anything on the company's website directing a consumer to this thread to learn about more accurate wait times.

Now, will you respond like an adult or a petulant little child (again)?

No, not kidding. I don't frequent that subforum. I get my reviews from other sources. However there is a great sticky post on there that this vendor should read and take to heart:

"As a business owner for over 30 years, I have been reading the blog "negatives about suppliers".
I'm schocked for one what people expect even after reading suppliers policies, but I'm more schocked at the responses from business owners (suppliers).
The bickering, the name calling, the arguements back and forward, it is just not good business practice, it causes angry people, bad reviews, loss of business, loss of revenue.
Before puting items up for sale make sure you have an inventory you can stand behind, if you like to experiment great, but offer it with a discount and make it clear this item could have some defects. review your website and policies to make sure it is all in order and clear to consumers, if you are to busy it means you are doing well so hire some one to do that job, but make sure to supervise and revise any changes made to websites etc. And do training sessions on how to deal with people have clear policies for your staff on the matter and abide by your own policies. If you have a no refund policy find a way to satisfy the complainer, never argue, call names, delete messages, lose your temper, turn the negative into a positive and you'll have a returning client for life, of course there are those people who you just can't please but if you are polite understanding and calm you'll get a lot further.

As for consumers before buying read the business policies first and understand them if you don't understand ask questions, the timeliness of the response will all ready give you a clue of the C.S. (2-3 days is normal except for Holidays and weekends you should expect longer) Be reasonable you are not the only customer they have. All of us business owners try to please everyone, we are human,we have families, we get sick, deal with personal problems, need a vacation once in a while, and want to celebrate holidays like everyone else, we just can not be available 24/7.
We are also resticted by our manufacturer's shipments, policies, procedures etc.

Remember a rude attitude on either side accomplishes nothing, using these guidelines has kept me in a very succesful business."
