I saw the video on MSN yesterday on the difference in toxins emitted in both ecigs and regular smokes.

They kept referring to vapor as smoke. But they did say studies show a decrease in toxins emitted from vapor, but showed nickel was present.

Just curious if any body else saw this, i would post alink but i am not savy that way.

The money quote in the article is from Greg Conley.

In the big picture, he said, "this study, as well as hundreds of other studies, provide clear evidence that e-cigarettes are far, far less hazardous than smoking, likely in the range of 98 to 99 percent."

To bad it's the last thing in it.

Isn't U of SoCal "Glanzville"? Does this mean that all of the effort they are going through to discredit e-cigarettes is starting to backfire? All it takes is a few researchers with enough ethical backbone to only emphasize the negative, but admit to the facts. That's what struck me about this article.

Ha-ha. Maybe engineers are having a hard time with the bias.

"this study, as well as hundreds of other studies, provide clear evidence that e-cigarettes are far, far less hazardous than smoking, likely in the range of 98 to 99 percent."

Last statement? Not on my Facebook page. Most my friends follow MSNBC. Perfect. I'll also point out that FDA isn't using researchers, scientists or medical personal to create the studies they use, but ignore studies done by professionals.

And the ONLY link is to the FDA website. Stupid.
