MsTs Bakery will not have a supplier forum on ECF after midnight tonight, leaving many of her customers uncertain of their missing orders and unable to discuss info with each other there anymore.

My order:

Oct. 2- Order # 38790
Oct.13- Awaiting Shipment
Oct. 29- website says it's in the group Created and Shipped (my account info on website still says awaiting shipment)
Nov. 5-still nothing

I filed a credit card dispute on Nov. 3

Anyone else have better news?

Also, please be advised that this thread is ONLY for members who are having issues getting their orders and for discussion on the status of outstanding orders.

Yay, thank you for starting this thread I was worried that no one would be able to let us know if they do receive their juice. I know I have posted this before but since it's a new thread I will again in case new people show up.

Ordered Sept. 27th order# 38663
Received shipped email, with tracking info Oct. 15th at 4:25 am
Checked tracking on 16th, got error message
Checked on Oct.17th Usps website says electronic info received
On the 17th my order number was not listed on front page as being shipped
Oct. 29th website was updated showing my order had shipped

Have heard nothing since and I am getting very anxious, I cannot find a coffee with cream that is as good (for me) as Ms.T's, if anyone has suggestions please let me know.

So I just bit the bullet and scratched together enough to try Nicoticket's Custards Last Stand. I heard amazing things about it and I'm a bakery type girl.

Also my ADV is Kick Bass vapor's Caramel Cappachino. (Just trying to help those that are overwaiting and need a bakery fix).

Erin I hear their coffee with cream.. forget what it's called. is really great. I love the caramel cap though.. it's sweet and smells angelic when I vape.

Nan, thanks for starting this thread. So far I have put off filing a dispute with my credit card company but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Ms T has had nearly $200 of my money since Oct 4 and I have nothing but frustration and anger. I've sent her emails but get no reply. We all have begged on Ms T's forum for some communication from her but again nothing. Unless there has been some type of catastrophic event in Ms T's life, there is no excuse for her behavior. And there should have been some contingency plans in case of such an event. I'm PO'd big time and have no recourse other than to dispute the charge with my CC company now. Based on her history of poor customer service I can't help but be suspicious of her actions. And it appears her website is still up and she is continuing to take orders. What a sham. First time I've ever been ripped off by a registered vendor on ECF.

It really is disgraceful and there's no excuse. If there was some kind of catastrophic event in her life, either she or whoever she had helping post the bogus update on the website could have also posted info about it. It's definitely a sham.

I haven't filed a dispute yet. I'm probably foolish but I keep hoping my orders will still be sent. I did order from Nikoticket on 10/31 and already got my order yesterday. Creme Brûlée is very good. CLS is good but not an adv yet...maybe after steeping though. That was immediately after receiving it. I got all my DIY stuff and plan to try to mix up my own snickerdoodle tomorrow.

Yes, I will keep you posted. So far, they've (capital one) credited my account and said unless the vendor resubmits the charge in the next 45 days, the case will be closed. Sounds like they were also unable to get any response from her.

I absolutely will! I also added their creme brulee because that's one of my favorite deserts :)

I heard SO much great things about Nicoticket, even spoke to Clark personally and I pretty much live in his supplier thread.. But his juice doesn't do it for me. I don't know why.. His customer service is the best I have ever seen on any retail website (not just juice)

I get a weird spicy alcohol metallic taste with all of them even after a week and a half of steeping.. I've tried CB, Frenilla, CLS and Altered State.

I'm gonna leave em all in my cabinet for a month and revisit them.. Hopefully that stench will go away cause I love this guy.

Let me know(PM me if this thread dies or something) how it goes for you!

It's only been 7 business days since you ordered. People have been waiting 20+ business days. Lol.

If she didn't reply to ECF about renewing her forum-supplier status, then she's probably not gonna answer anyone else. I can't imagine that the money made her fail to reply; it was inattention. I almost have to hand it to Mrs. T; when she says she won't respond, she really means it.

Of course, in the meanwhile, her business is taking huge and needless blows because of her inattention.

I know people have been waiting longer than me, a lot longer, but when you're out of juice 7 days seems like forever. Guess I should have ordered from elsewhere if I wanted faster service, I've just never ordered e-juice anywhere else. I don't know of any places as good as this one.

From what Brandon said about ECF being her only source of advertising, it's very possibly going to be a needless death blow.

Do you think that is the case though? I'm inclined to think/feel that she knows her customers expect her to take at least a month, and with the money continually rolling in, what does she care? We've seen it over and over again, the devout fans even now say they will continue to order from her. In my mind its all about the money. It makes me wonder how much people enjoy getting walked all over. :/
