I'm $230 into these orders. It's incredible that not a single order has not gone out in 3 weeks?
I'm not sure if I should wait 45 days for a refund or just keep waiting and scratch together money for some DIY.
The site has been updated and another customer's status was updated this past Sunday. I can't begin to imagine what on earth is going on over there. Whatever it is it's not productive.

I know people have been waiting longer than me, a lot longer, but when you're out of juice 7 days seems like forever. Guess I should have ordered from elsewhere if I wanted faster service, I've just never ordered e-juice anywhere else. I don't know of any places as good as this one.

There are many :) I do wish you luck getting your juice or finding a better vendor :)

I heard SO much great things about Nicoticket, even spoke to Clark personally and I pretty much live in his supplier thread.. But his juice doesn't do it for me. I don't know why.. His customer service is the best I have ever seen on any retail website (not just juice)

I get a weird spicy alcohol metallic taste with all of them even after a week and a half of steeping.. I've tried CB, Frenilla, CLS and Altered State.

I'm gonna leave em all in my cabinet for a month and revisit them.. Hopefully that stench will go away cause I love this guy.

Let me know(PM me if this thread dies or something) how it goes for you!

Do you think that is the case though? I'm inclined to think/feel that she knows her customers expect her to take at least a month, and with the money continually rolling in, what does she care? We've seen it over and over again, the devout fans even now say they will continue to order from her. In my mind its all about the money. It makes me wonder how much people enjoy getting walked all over. :/

Having to wait a month is a relatively new development. I've been ordering from MsTs for 3 1/2 years and it's been slow MANY times but never, ever this bad, especially with no explanations/excuses, which she's never had any problem giving before. Anyone who'd continue ordering from MsTs at this point is nuts, IMO.

13 days tomorrow, plus I was told that it already had 3-4 days on it. I also stuck them in hot water with the caps off and shook vigorously every 15 mins for 2 hours. No color or taste difference.

I will be very surprised if I get a better taste in a few more weeks. I think it's just the type of PG or nic he uses..

Was she a solo outfit? Doing it all herself? If so, maybe something tragic happened and no one thought to shut down her website and that's why it's still taking orders. I truly hope nothing happened to her and hope this all gets straightened out quickly. Just wanted to point out a possibility.

Oh, I think she's definitely greedy. ;)

(In fact, I just wrote something to that effect in her forum. I will self-indulgently quote it below, seeing as how her forum will likely cease to exist in about half an hour.)

I just don't think that money is the reason Mrs. T ignored ECF's renewal notices; that's one bill she'd be happy to pay. She just missed the notices because she's neck-deep in backlogged orders.

If nothing else, the orders will eventually start to decrease in volume.

But yeah, in all fairness, there's no evidence to suggest that Mrs T's deliberately stealing money. She's just way way way behind, which makes her inattentive, which makes her miss important emails (like the one from ECF). We can all lavish scorn on her for allowing this situation to happen, and make no mistake, she deserves lots and lots of criticism -- but a thief? Nah. Just too greedy to shut off the site when one of her unannounced vacations earns her a huge backlog of orders, and too distrustful to hire people to help her catch up.

Clearly, the woman isn't cut out to run a business. But some people will stay with her because they've convinced themselves that they can't live without her juice. Whether there'll be enough of those people to sustain her little unprofessional enterprise for the foreseeable future is an open question. I gotta imagine the loss of ECF-supplier status, even for a short period, will be a major blow to her. She'll be kicking herself when she finally notices the emails she missed.

Her site was updated recently lol. There's really no 'what if' or tragedy situation excuse.

I have found his CLS and Crème Brulee to be fantastic. It is a shame that it doesn't work for you (no sarcasm intended). Luckily there are a lot of vendors out there to explore. :) (and it leaves more CLS and Crème Brulee for me :d)

I realize some people might not do their research before ordering... But if you don't and you get suckered well....
I won a 25$ credit from her a long while back and it took over a month to get my order and I was not impressed by the juice at all. I'll just say, once you DIY you realize that a vendor simply throwing 6% or whatever fruit flavor into a juice and calling it premium is just a sham, or taking a recipe off the net and calling it yours well.....
I wouldn't be so bitter but I actually won a second 25$ credit from her, and per her request I passed it on to someone who never had her juice, and it's been at least 7 months and that person never even got their order.

Just for people who think maybe its just a fluke, or what have you. I'm pretty sure she's got 500 orders in the last month , at least. That's anywhere from 10k to 25k+ money in her pocket, for one month. And I feel that is underestimating orders at 20-50. For that kind of money I will stay up day and night and fill them for her!! Lol

In all honesty I've been trying to like it.

I just vaped CLS for a good 30 mins to try and decipher what's going on. I still can't stand it.. I really don't like it at all, except..

Despite the alcoholic taste in the background (I've decided it tastes like alcohol, not rubbing alcohol, like liqueur). I do have an amazing after taste after setting it down. Marshmallowy vanilla almost. I think if I let it steep this might mellow out, but if you're talking 10 weeks maybe not. I guess I'll just shut my mouth and stop talking about it for a while haha.

I know, I know, there are soooo many great ejuice companies out there. I just dread having to try a bunch of flavors and maybe, eventually finding one or two I like. Ugh.

ETA: Got on the forums about 3 hours too late to jump in on the now removed sub-forum :(

I have been ordering from ms ts since late 2010 and i think this time with all the waiting and non communication on her part i had to move on, such a shame cause i loved her deserts so much. but i found a place juice-e-juice.com that is very comparable good rates great customer service and made to order best of all ships fast! My new ADV is chocolate peanutbutter fudge brownie from juice-e-juice. they just listed new holiday juices too, yummy!
