Big Thanks to NanC for starting this thread:thumb:

From Ms. T's website the following dates have been given

All these dates were given for "created and shipped"

38218 to 38305......October 4th
38306 to 38417......October 7th
38418 to 38537......October 11th
38500 to 38603.....October 16th:blink::blink::blink: I thought she listed 38500 to 38537 was already shipped the time before.
seems to be having trouble keeping order numbers straight????

38603 to 38807.....October 29th

My order is 38789 placed on Oct 3rd.

order status: awaiting shipment as of Oct 13th.

If anyone HAS received an order from her during the times above, we would love to know when.

Also, has anyone had to file a cc dispute on a Vanilla Master Card before and if so, I'd love to hear about the process. Feel free to PM me if this is too far off topic.

Thank you. Since it's only $40, I figured I would hold out for a bit longer, just in case.

Can you dispute a CC transaction online or must you go through a lot of hoops and be on the phone forever?

I did it online and it was surprisingly easy and quick...after filling out the info, they confirmed my request via email and said an investigation would begin immediately. They got back to me in 36 hrs (also email) and said that they had credited my account and unless MsT resubmitted a charge in the next 45 days, the case will be considered closed.

Order #39269

Order Date: 17th Oct 2013

This order is marked as Awaiting Fulfillment

I placed this order when I received my last one, just like always. Lucky for me, my last order was huge! I understand this frustration, I can imagine the downward spiral that is happening. It is a shame that this is happening to someone that made great juices. I still have me fingers crossed. Has anyone thought of calling one of the vendors that carries her stuff and see if they are having the same issues?

Do you mean October for all of the above?

I ask because her front page notice says 38603 to 38807 shipped on October 29th.

She definitely seems to be having trouble keeping the numbers straight! I do remember one or two people receiving orders in the Oct. 4th shipment (--All those order shipments you cited were in Oct., not Nov. ;)) but don't recall any others except for Sly_fox. who received his, if I remember correctly, on or before the date she said they'd been shipped, which is odd to say the least.

I'm sorry for all of you who have been duped and are now out valuable and hard-earned juice money. She was next on my list to order from in my quest for online juice vendors. Luckily I have locals who are reliable but this is just a very sad example of risks in the internet age. I'm so sorry for all of you still waiting and perhaps having to invest time in filing with governing agencies.

I saw this suggestion after you made it on the sub forum and I got curious. I did look into one of her vendors..... Kidney Puncher. She only permitted her liquids to be purchased in a "kidney puncher kit" When I checked on the kit.... they were out of stock!!!

Thats as far as I got with the exception of Vapor Den who listed on 9/17, that Ms.T's snickerdoodle cookie, back in stock.

Didn't make any calls to anyone.

Thanks Fulgurant and NanC...... I did indeed mean October. Too much cold med I think;)

Heh, happens to me all the time. I wouldn't put it past Ms T to create past-tense notices of future events, so I thought I'd ask. Just now I found three different estimates for order turnaround time on her site (3-6 days, 4-8 days, and 4-6 days). The inconsistency alone is scarcely worth mentioning, but the fact that all three estimates are so preposterously over-optimistic gives me a bit of a chuckle, I admit.

Who knows what further morbid amusement lurks on that website? ;)

I also bought CLS recently, as well as Grandma's Cinnamon Buns and Creme Brulee. I really wanted to love them, so many people rave
about them; the prices were fair, they shipped right away..but I can't stand any of these juices..I mean, I really dislike them, not even
a case of just *meh* like a lot of the things I've tried in the looking for Ms Ts replacement hunt. I also get a 'nasty' taste from them,
and mine are now close to 10 weeks old. I'm not dissing them, not at all..just saying they aren't for me either.

Please put them up for sale in the classys. There are many that would take Nicoticket's juice in a heart beat, especially the Cinnamon Danish since it's not currently for sale. Me included! :p

I just gave them away to my daughter. I really wish I had liked them, he's obviously an excellent vendor.

A couple of other vendors still listed on the website aren't carrying any of her stuff anymore that I can see...wonder how long that lasted.

I don't know much about this but can criminal charges be filed in instances like this?

Best way to handle this is to contact your credit card company or bank and begin the process to reverse the charges. If everyone does it, she may just lose the ability to take credit cards

Folks, at this point, you are not getting your orders. She has updated her website with false information and is not communicating with you.. Do yourselves and your creditors a favor and start the process of getting your money back. Your bank/cc may require you to file a police report (probably won't though). But waiting any longer is not going to help you. It is fraud and it is illegal what she's done, but it may be months before law enforcement / law suit filings catch up with her.

The longer her website is online, the longer she can continue receiving orders and payments, the more people she is stealing from.

It's a long shot but if you contact her website hosting provider, they may take her site down.
