Not to throw water on the party but I hope you all keep in mind that Monday Nov 11th is a Federal Holiday and the USPS is closed.
order placed oct 3rd, just got notified it shipped, address was right, but no state put in, said to notifiy ups did and they said sorry that tracking no and address for you ps was not working. Not sure what to do. It said order would ship the 11. Hell I have waited this long, figure I might as well wait, could be honest mistake. just hope so.
Good point Miarose. Maybe we'll get our orders after all, but I'm still not counting on it.
Even if I do get my order, I'll never order from her again. I could possibly get past the lateness of the orders, but the lack of communication and the blatant lies on her website about orders being shipped when they haven't, I cannot.
No update on my order placed October 2nd. I did manage to get my hands on some juice. Someone recommended Nicotickets Custard's Last Stand.. It's pretty decent. Very vanilla and tastes a lot like Ms Ts Vanilla Custard but more pleasant.. no bite, no weird taste, and very smooth. It's rare I like a vanilla. I have creme brulee and altered state to try next. Not really a fruit fan but we'll see.
I wish I could find a peanut butter cookie that's good. Also a really nice sweet waffle that doesn't taste like celery. Any ideas?

I got an e-mail yesterday on my order of 10/2 - Order #38786: Shipped 11/9/13 with a tracting #.
Please let us know how the tracking goes, VD. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I have something in the mail when I get home from Mexico. It would be a great way to end my vacation!
I've been reading on and off during the last 24 hours, but was unable to post again until now...very frustrating!
I've also received a shipped Nov. 11 email w/tracking number (order #38790) which we know can't be shipped until at least Nov. 12 because of the holiday.
If it's really shipped, that will be 9 days after I filed a dispute and already received a credit on my card. I can't decide if this is just further evidence of MsTs chronic inattention or an attempt on her part to pretend she's done nothing wrong, so she can make a case to the bank if/when she contests the dispute. If it's the latter, it won't work. I intend to call the bank and ask how best to handle the situation.
She should send out every order that has waited beyond the " normal " wait time for free to make things right. If that bankrupts her then so be it, she doesn't deserve to be in business if she runs it this way. It would be a fair thing to do for everyone involved. Then she should bow out gracefully and call it a day.
We've all already paid for shipping...do you mean she should issue refunds for shipping? (MsT issue a refund? HAHAHAHA)
Oh no, I meant the entire order! That is the way a true first class business would handle things. She would probably get the majority of the defecting loyal customers back if she stood tall and made things right by doing this. I know I would probably giver her another chance. Wow...I've read all 20 pages of this thread and all i can do is shake my head.This juice must be the nectar of the gods for people to continually reorder from a vendor that has played this same game over and over. I really hope you all receive your juice or get a refund but can't understand why anyone continues to patronize this vendor...
