order placed oct 3rd, just got notified it shipped, address was right, but no state put in, said to notifiy ups did and they said sorry that tracking no and address for you ps was not working. Not sure what to do. It said order would ship the 11. Hell I have waited this long, figure I might as well wait, could be honest mistake. just hope so.

Grandma SJA.... My order was listed exactly as yours. No State was listed for me either. I don't think it will be a problem, as the zip code is correct and the actual street address is as well. I'm with you, we have waited this long, might as well see what happens. I think we will probably get our orders without difficulty.

Funny, I'm not nearly as excited as I usually am to get a shipped status from Ms. T's. It's gonna take a whole lot more than what I have seen done so far for me to be a return customer. I kind of like the way Nicoticket handles their business and their customers. The juice I had smelled so good I could not wait to try it and I'm thrilled with the flavors so far. Custards last stand and Creme Brulee.

Now lets just get them to mix up a good snickerdoodle cookie for us and it's case closed for me!!!!!

I haven't ordered from Mrs. T but she was on my "to try" list. SO glad I hang out on these forums so I know not to! What kills me is that her site is still up. There are plenty of vapers out there that don't frequent the forums and they will be unknowingly handing her money.

I feel really badly for all the people she's taken in so far. One would think with her site still up she'd be getting into the territory of fraud by now.

Even if I do get my order, I'll never order from her again. I could possibly get past the lateness of the orders, but the lack of communication and the blatant lies on her website about orders being shipped when they haven't, I cannot.

That would be my take as well. This woman is obviously only in it for the money and has absolutely no passion for what she is doing. She has no business sense at all and has done a huge amount of damage to herself and doesn't care to make it right.

After those wait times and the complete lack of response she could double my order and I still wouldn't buy from her again. Her patrons are way more understanding than I ever would be. I have very high standards as a former business owner myself and product can be secondary to good cs in many cases.

I feel for everyone who is going through this. My only suggestion is to seek out other vendors who are capable and know how to run a business. I have already made recommendations in this thread so I won't make them again.

I hope the woman at least has the sense to have doubled your orders for your massive inconvenience, but somehow I doubt it. She just doesn't seem to think about the customer's needs and expectations once payment has been made.

Mistakes will be made as we are all human. It is how we deal with those mistakes that show people who we are. She sounds like a woman who can't take responsibility for her mistakes and without taking responsibility she cannot begin to implement better practices to eliminate the issues from reoccurring.

No update on my order placed October 2nd. I did manage to get my hands on some juice. Someone recommended Nicotickets Custard's Last Stand.. It's pretty decent. Very vanilla and tastes a lot like Ms Ts Vanilla Custard but more pleasant.. no bite, no weird taste, and very smooth. It's rare I like a vanilla. I have creme brulee and altered state to try next. Not really a fruit fan but we'll see.

I wish I could find a peanut butter cookie that's good. Also a really nice sweet waffle that doesn't taste like celery. Any ideas?

I have been ordering Ms T's Vanilla Custard for 4 years. If Nicoticket's is even better, that will my next vendor to try. Smoke-Evolution has a couple of vanilla's too. Rather than putting all my eggs into one basket with vendors like I have, I'll have a few and not be left high and dry in the future.

Okay, update on mine:

I got an e-mail yesterday on my order of 10/2 - Order #38786: Shipped 11/9/13 with a tracting #.

Please let us know how the tracking goes, VD. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I have something in the mail when I get home from Mexico. It would be a great way to end my vacation!

Yep, I'll let you guys know. I'm on vaca in Dec so I want to be well stocked prior. I hope you had enough to get you by during yours. I'm placing my 1st order with Nicoticket that I'm sure I'll get before Dec :)
 
I must say I am tickled Pink to get my shipping notification from my OCT 2nd order!! Yayay!!! As much as I have been worried and concerned, it's a relief from me to finally know my juices are coming! I have been even more worried because out of the few years I've been a customer, I decided mid Nov to put in my biggest order ever! Idk how long it will take to get that one, but the fact that there's progress is a definite plus! :)

I've been reading on and off during the last 24 hours, but was unable to post again until now...very frustrating!

I've also received a shipped Nov. 11 email w/tracking number (order #38790) which we know can't be shipped until at least Nov. 12 because of the holiday.

If it's really shipped, that will be 9 days after I filed a dispute and already received a credit on my card. I can't decide if this is just further evidence of MsTs chronic inattention or an attempt on her part to pretend she's done nothing wrong, so she can make a case to the bank if/when she contests the dispute. If it's the latter, it won't work. I intend to call the bank and ask how best to handle the situation.

I'm just sending my order back unopened. I'm hoping I won't need to pay for a new tracking number to see that it gets back to her. I'll just be glad to have my hands washed of this. I vape her fruit flavors which are primarily Cappellas and LorAnn based. I can Diy for $5 per 30ml.
That's my plan from now on.

She should send out every order that has waited beyond the " normal " wait time for free to make things right. If that bankrupts her then so be it, she doesn't deserve to be in business if she runs it this way. It would be a fair thing to do for everyone involved. Then she should bow out gracefully and call it a day.

We've all already paid for shipping...do you mean she should issue refunds for shipping? (MsT issue a refund? HAHAHAHA)

Oh no, I meant the entire order! That is the way a true first class business would handle things. She would probably get the majority of the defecting loyal customers back if she stood tall and made things right by doing this. I know I would probably giver her another chance. Albeit with a small order ;)

Wow...I've read all 20 pages of this thread and all i can do is shake my head.:facepalm: This juice must be the nectar of the gods for people to continually reorder from a vendor that has played this same game over and over. I really hope you all receive your juice or get a refund but can't understand why anyone continues to patronize this vendor...

Even less of a chance then, lol. A "true first class business" would've handled everything differently. Sadly, I think MsT thinks she's "making things right" by finally filling the outstanding orders...maybe filling them, anyway;)

While I see your point of returning your package promptly upon receipt, you may wish to reconsider. On her "Contact Us" page it states "ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS." Would hate to see you out the cash AND the juice and further your frustration. Chances are, you also agreed to these terms when placing your order which would make your demand of a refund futile. :(

Did you ever order from a vendor, and you didn't worry so much about the price, because, personally, you thought the juice was that good? That was Ms. T's, for me, at least. I ordered from her for about a year. My last order was back in April, but, after following the posts in Ms. T's forums, I saw that those wait times were getting longer and longer. At that time, I was already ordering from Ahlusion, and started ordering from Nicoticket a few months ago. I still kept an eye on her forums, though, with the hopes that she would be able to correct whatever problems she was going through. Unfortunately, that wasn't to be the case.

It's too bad, really. I didn't find her prices to be too bad (I don't compare her prices to other vendors; I tend to compare vendor prices against what I used to spend on analogs). I could even deal with a 2 week wait time. What I wasn't willing to do was to not have any communication, or timely update on her website.

Sorry, Ms. T..time for this customer to move on.
