My character isn't what it should be but it's better than it used to be lol. But thank you very much for pointing out that I still have a way to go. I used to only have a reputation but now I have a little bit of character also. Hopefully I will develop more. If you look I believe you will see at least 2 additional posts after mine from other members stating they feel the same way. Maybe not a huge damage to vendor credibility in the big scheme of things, but damage nonetheless. I've been an ECF member for several years and have always had excellent customer service from ECF affiliated vendors - until now.In any case I fail to see how the lack of support, communication etc, can or has in anyway damaged other vendors affiliated with ECF as they are totally separate entities and if people are so inclined as to take that type of a stance, this says more to their character then it does to any vendors.

My order status on her site now says shipped. Not that it means anything, but I thought I'd let everyone know.
Oh I never doubted that shed get the orders out, eventually. Its the eventually part and no customer service that irks me.Good point Miarose. Maybe we'll get our orders after all, but I'm still not counting on it.
Even if I do get my order, I'll never order from her again. I could possibly get past the lateness of the orders, but the lack of communication and the blatant lies on her website about orders being shipped when they haven't, I cannot.
This is truly not surprising at all. With the influx of money being returned to customers I'm not shocked in the least that she decided to send out orders, as well as up her eta times drastically..but then again, hasn't she been saying for a week or so now that the same orders have been shipped? Guess that's her way of trying to imply that shes actually doing something with all that money.Check this $%*t out ya'll. Just mere days after stating I'm starting the CC dispute.

order placed oct 3rd, just got notified it shipped, address was right, but no state put in, said to notifiy ups did and they said sorry that tracking no and address for you ps was not working. Not sure what to do. It said order would ship the 11. Hell I have waited this long, figure I might as well wait, could be honest mistake. just hope so.
I feel the only way Ms T could redeem herself ( a little anyway ) at this point is to shut her site down with a note stating she will not be taking any new orders untill she has caught up the existing orders she has. Without doing this, she is saying she wants our money and does not really care how long it takes. I think her greed has taken over and she needs to come back down to earth and realize she is nothing without her customers. Shutting down her site and catching up before re-opening would at least make me consider ordering from her again. If she does not shut down the site and keeps taking people's money while being over a month behind she has lost my business forever. After being a loyal customer for nearly 4 years, I am disgusted with this situation.
