In any case I fail to see how the lack of support, communication etc, can or has in anyway damaged other vendors affiliated with ECF as they are totally separate entities and if people are so inclined as to take that type of a stance, this says more to their character then it does to any vendors.
My character isn't what it should be but it's better than it used to be lol. But thank you very much for pointing out that I still have a way to go. I used to only have a reputation but now I have a little bit of character also. Hopefully I will develop more. If you look I believe you will see at least 2 additional posts after mine from other members stating they feel the same way. Maybe not a huge damage to vendor credibility in the big scheme of things, but damage nonetheless. I've been an ECF member for several years and have always had excellent customer service from ECF affiliated vendors - until now.

My comment was not intended as a personal affront, it was a generalization for the fact that because of an issue with 1 vendor it should not bleed over to another vendor. The sad part is that, yes anytime you are dealing with anything over the internet you are possibly taking some risks, but the fact is that most of the vendors have solid reputations for customer service etc.

I can fully understand being gun shy, however, this should not really be a cause to a concrete mindset that all vendors are going to do the same thing. I had seen that there was another vendor that had to shut down but it was more of a legal issue then anything else but that did create some issues for people.

Again, I can and do understand how people feel. As I stated in my initial comment, I was looking at purchasing, but what I saw was that the orders were not being processed promptly, the customers were not being communicated with etc. There is no reason for ANY vendor to NOT keep their customers informed of what is actually going on, it's just poor business management. I used to run and Essential Oil Store and always kept communications open with my customers regardless of what was going on, Hurricanes etc and always had a backup plan in case I was not able to communicate with them, there would have been someone that would be able to address the issue/s to the customer base.

Again, I have to state again it's a shame that this has happened as you all have been very loyal customers and it's not fair to you all not to be communicated with and get misleading or false information.

My order status on her site now says shipped. Not that it means anything, but I thought I'd let everyone know.

I have seen that a few times, when the shipping label has been made, but the post office has not yet received the package for shipping.
It seems as if Ms T is finally getting the orders out, because I don't see, even her as greedy as she is, paying for the shipping and not sending the juice, because that would quite possibly end up being fraudulent with the post office i believe.

Good point Miarose. Maybe we'll get our orders after all, but I'm still not counting on it.

Even if I do get my order, I'll never order from her again. I could possibly get past the lateness of the orders, but the lack of communication and the blatant lies on her website about orders being shipped when they haven't, I cannot.

order placed oct 3rd, just got notified it shipped, address was right, but no state put in, said to notifiy ups did and they said sorry that tracking no and address for you ps was not working. Not sure what to do. It said order would ship the 11. Hell I have waited this long, figure I might as well wait, could be honest mistake. just hope so.

Oh I never doubted that shed get the orders out, eventually. Its the eventually part and no customer service that irks me.

This is truly not surprising at all. With the influx of money being returned to customers I'm not shocked in the least that she decided to send out orders, as well as up her eta times drastically..but then again, hasn't she been saying for a week or so now that the same orders have been shipped? Guess that's her way of trying to imply that shes actually doing something with all that money.

Check your address on your account on her site. If you typed it in correctly, then this is completely her error. for a normal business I'd suggest emailing them, but LOL, not her. You'd waste your time as I haven't heard of a single person getting a response.

I feel the only way Ms T could redeem herself ( a little anyway ) at this point is to shut her site down with a note stating she will not be taking any new orders untill she has caught up the existing orders she has. Without doing this, she is saying she wants our money and does not really care how long it takes. I think her greed has taken over and she needs to come back down to earth and realize she is nothing without her customers. Shutting down her site and catching up before re-opening would at least make me consider ordering from her again. If she does not shut down the site and keeps taking people's money while being over a month behind she has lost my business forever. After being a loyal customer for nearly 4 years, I am disgusted with this situation.

P.S. Also, saying she does not have time to respond to emails is like saying she does not have time for her customers, which is wrong! She needs to be better at scheduling her time. She should set aside at least an hour or 2 every other day to respond to emails. I had stated in a post on her forum that for the money she charges she should be able to pay some pretty good wages to people to help her out if she needs it. She keeps growing with no employees to help her. YOU CAN NOT DO IT ALL TAMMY!! YOU NEED HELP!! Get off your wallet and pay some good money and there will be people knocking down your door to help you out!! Shut down your site, hire a couple people and TRAIN THEM WELL then reopen with reduced lead times and you may be able to save your business.

I feel like her new wait times are just that. Its apparent how greedy she is, so i don't for see her ever shutting down for a short time. I'd be more inclined to think she could redeem herself, but in the few months I've seen, this issue is a constant issue for her. This time just seems to be a little worse due to orders saying they're shipped and haven't been received, yet, weeks and weeks later.
