I have three pending orders with her and have yet to get my order dating back to October 8th. Instead of bombarding her with more emails, I waited hoping that she would come through. Looks like after the initial uproar, a few orders were processed and sent out, leaving the rest of us to flounder. Time for those chargebacks. Loyalty is one thing, stupidity is another.

I'm curious since your order is from like 6 weeks ago, was it a number she said she sent already? And you've got no trackings ect?

seems like she's still doctoring what orders are truly sent out in her not so timely fashion.

Ok I have a serious question now. Has anyone found a substitute for her Snickerdoodle cookie?? This flavor is one I have never found anyone with anything close!! My Wife loves her Butterscotch Caramel Cheesecake and I am having a hard time finding a substitute for that as well. Pisses me off how someone with such an awesome business could just throw it away like this. Saddens me and sickens me at the same time. I really do hope there is not a health emergency with her on anything, but I have lost all patience with her and will never place an order with her again. After almost 4 years as a customer of hers, I just feel terrible about this whole situation.

Chainvaper, you might try Candy's juice at Vapealicious...they have a snickerdoodle cookie, as well as a todiefor Peanut Butter Cookie I can't put down...it is that good. I haven't seen anything like a cheesecake, but her STL Gooey Butter cake is not to be missed, and Cuppy cake is just awesome...one of my personal faves is Strawberry Lavaflow, and she has many excellent bakery flavors...plus you get a one time 25% discount for 1 order only. I have no trouble getting my juices in a week or so, and not found one I didn't like, so it's worth a try...plus, they usually ship in less than a week. Hope this helps.

I highly recommend Candy's Snickerdoodle (vapealicious) It is at least as good as Ms Ts, fairly priced and came very quickly. I am so over Ms T now.

I highly recommend giving diy a try. Str8v8ping posted a recipe for Snickerdoodle Cookies that's at least as good as Ms T's if not better. Once you get the ingredients (nic, vg, pg & flavors) it's easy to mix - takes about 10-15 minutes, start to ready to vape. You'll end up with better juice and save bunches of money. Wish I'd discovered diy years ago.

I finally received my order:
Order #38806
Order Date: 3rd Oct 2013

I moved two weeks ago so it had to be forwarded to my new address, which took a few extra days. I still have two orders "awaiting fulfillment" Order #39264 Order Date: 17th Oct 2013, Order #39600 Order Date: 31st Oct 2013. Maybe I'll get them by Christmas. I also got a coupon card for 10% off my next order, but I've placed my last order with Ms T's. Six weeks is too long to wait on an order that was paid for up front.

I've been ordering from her for about 2 years and know enough to keep a good supply of her juice on hand. This is nothing new and happens once or twice a year it seems! I'd like better service but I just can't find a juice that I like as much as hers and believe me I've tried lots of them. I think this will pass as her past episodes have and if I get stiffed for the last order then I will regret the loss of a good juice more than have hard feelings toward her. It sounds like she lives a very tough life and I have compassion for her as well as frustration.

this has been going on for months. if you think a 4-6 week wait time for juice is appropriate, power to you. but i on the other hand do not. i've bought a house faster than i've got juice from her.

It sounds like you have an addiction. Much like an abused spouse you keep going back to the person who treats you like crap if they even offer the smallest "I'm sorry." You are feeding her bad behavior and continued poor treatment of her customers. Because if she can get away with that and still get orders, what incentive does she have to ever change her ways?

You say this happens once or twice a year? This is at least the third episode of her disappearing this year. Not only that in addition to never replying to customer's emails, she is now not responding to official emails from ECF. She even stopped paying her bills to ECF so had her supplier's forum shutdown. No product is good enough for a customer to endure the kind of stunts this vendor has pulled yet you are whipped and will keep going back. It's a dang shame.

Yes, this is nothing new - happens regularly. I know nothing about her personal life, all I can do is look at the obvious. And it appears that she is living the american dream. Works from home and based on estimate of average order size compared to order #'s I'd say she's grossing a pretty good chunk of change. Now that I'm doing the diy thing I see how cheaply these juices can be produced so since she works from home (no rent), has no employees (no payroll) and most likely buys supplies in bulk (cheaper than what we diyers pay) I'm sure her overhead expenses are low. So a large % of that gross income is net income. Plus she won't take the time to post a message on her website to explain to her customers why their orders are being delayed 6+ weeks, she won't answer emails or telephone calls but she will take the time to post false messages indicating orders have been shipped that in reality have not been shipped. All of this makes it real hard for me to feel compassion for her. Possibly she is having a "tough life" but many of her customers who have been waiting on her are also having a tough life. We don't need her to make it even tougher. Just my humble opinion.

I can't believe her site is still up and she is still taking orders. She had the gall to update it on the 9th and continue ripping us off. I still havent received the two eliquids she shorted me when my order arrived almost two months ago. what a joke

Well Im glad that people are starting to get their order's

I hope now nobuddy who knows better order's from her again
this has been an ongoing issue with her (although this is the worst)

but from this point forward Id say the old saying fits

fool me once shame on you
fool me twice shame on me

I know someone who owns a vape shop who does their own juices. He buys the stuff by the gallons. His cost out the door is more or less 3 cents per ml. Yeah she is making a BUNDLE for shotty service. Wanted to try her but I will never wait 6 weeks for anything. Killed me to wait for my package today from fast tech. It only took 19 days LOL.
