This thread is hard to read.... Has anyone ever given thought to the fact that maybe her vendor affiliates are her "priority". Not that I agree with that at all, but she probably does quite well by just satisfying those orders. Part of the benefit of having a quality product and I am sure this is what most DIYers dream of. Horrible way to run a business IMO but I see it happen all to often with contractors in my field of work. A lot of people don't plan on becoming a brand, and when they do, they cannot keep up with the demand. Another possibility is that the success has become her demise. Just like music artists that get a shot at fame and then go down in a ball of fire from drug abuse and poor decisions... All highly likely ...............

I do know that I will never be buying her product because if that is the case, it would just be enabling her to continue.. Only thing that will wake her up is if people stop entirely.

She only has a handful of vendor affiliates, and they haven't been getting any either. That, her complete lack of communication and lying on her website about shipping dates tells me that isn't the problem.

There is simply no excuse. Period.

her complete lack of communication.

At the end of the day, this is what it comes down to. CUSTOMER SERVICE!

You build your reputation by having good customer service. If you don't have time to reply to emails or messages, why the hell would do business with someone. That's shady business.

Live by the sword, you die by the sword.

I can't believe her site is still up and she is still taking orders. She had the gall to update it on the 9th and continue ripping us off. I still havent received the two eliquids she shorted me when my order arrived almost two months ago. what a joke

I have still heard no word, I have sent 3 emails and called a couple times. I really just hope that she sends them out, I don't even care if she notifies me at this point i just really want my juice. As of tomorrow it will be 2 months since I placed my order:(

This is what makes her a terrible vendor. Not only have the wait times gone from long to...well, I can't think of a word to describe a 6+ week wait for something that takes me a few minutes to mix now.... but she ignores ALL her customer communications, including ones that have valid order issues. If you are only working one day every few weeks then you will never keep up and you will make more mistakes. She can make the best juice in the world (though I am convinced the DIY snickerdoodle is just as good if not better and I've found other vendors that are better and even appreciate their customers) but with no customers, no business will survive. I don't know if she thinks her product is THAT good or if she just doesn't care, but I'd vape unflavored before ordering from her again. I'm still waiting for my second order but it's "only" been a month so i have a while to wait for my final order. After all this though, never again.

This whole situation makes me sad, but Erin's issue really makes me angry :(

So sorry Erin....I don't understand the callousness with which she treats her customers. No response, no notices, just nothing day after day. I hate that, we have all had to wait so long but I feel even worse for you because you have been waiting longer than any of us and this is just simply "bad business". I hope that you get your order too!:mad:

Only another SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY more orders for her to fill before she gets to mine from 11/2/13!
Yay!:toast:
"E-JUICE PROCESSING TIME BEFORE SHIPPING IS

CURRENTLY 10-18 BUSINESS DAYS" ... hmmm... why do I smell bulls:censored:t?
Maybe because it has Already Been Eighteen Business Days and her site said "4-8 business days" when I ordered?
Maybe because she's up to #39020 and I'm #39650?
Maybe she could consider placing even ONE SINGLE PUNY COMMENT on this thread which is already FORTY-THREE PAGES???

This is preposterously ridonkulous.
And for that - I give her a Tip of the Hat.

That's where I'm at I think, with the holiday I guess I will call CC on Friday. Did anyone that did a charge back but then got their order find out what they had to do. i would have no problem paying for it if it ever came but I believe I am running out of time to do a chargeback so since I have had no response what so ever I don't think I have a choice.

Just so I don't get into trouble:

Order #39269

Order Date: 17th Oct 2013

This order is marked as Awaiting Fulfillment
Your Order Contains:

2 x Snickerdoodle Cookies
(Bottle Size: 2 (two) - 15ml (+$15.50))
1 x Snickerdoodle Cookies
(Bottle Size: 2 (two) - 15ml (+$15.50))

with that said, a bit ago, I got some information for a friend, who he said was good, so I ordered. I received the order in quick time, and let it steep. After using some of it, I found out something interesting. This is Snickerdoodle Cookie with extra flavor with a 50/50 mix. I am a tank user, and so used to having to change out my carto after 5 days cause it starts burning. But with this, from Sweet-vapor, I am still using the same carto after 10 days. The carto still looks as if I just primed it with no black in the middle. So, if there are those out there that are looking for a snickerdoodle replacement, this might be the place for you.

Just asking, has anyone filed a dispute with their credit card company and received a refund for an unfulfilled order? I am seriously debating doing just that.

Yes, I filed a dispute on Nov. 3 for the order I placed on Oct. 2. I received a credit on my card within 36 hours. If you read back through the thread you'll see that many people have filed disputes.

I think several people have done that but a few people said that would not work if you used debit or a prepaid cc. I am curious of what happened to the people that filled a chargeback then received their order, wonder what they did.
I'm so sorry you still haven't received your order, Erin, although I'm not surprised at this point.
As you know, I did file a dispute and received a refund...then two weeks later my order did arrive. The cc company said to return it or keep it and let the vendor resubmit the charge. I sent MsT an email asking how she wanted to handle the situation--recharge me or have me return the order--and I've never heard a single word from her (surprise, surprise!) I think the cc company said the vendor had 45 days to resubmit the charge. It's been 25 days since I filed so far.
