I think several people have done that but a few people said that would not work if you used debit or a prepaid cc. I am curious of what happened to the people that filled a chargeback then received their order, wonder what they did.
Erin.R, NanC, Flametrix thanks for the info. I went ahead and filed a dispute. I am not sure if they will take it since I have not emailed her at all. Since Ms. T has taken down that notice that any emails asking for a refund is a waste of time, they may reject my request. We will see.
I don't have a dog in this fight (ordered from Ms Ts years ago; didn't care for the juice) but I've been following the stories out of interest in all businesses e-cig related.
I haven't read mention of the fact that she not only got her Forum Supplier thread reinstated but she also posted here.

Probably because the "facts" are not facts; The linked post is two years old - from November 24, 2011 - and the MTB supplier's forum has not been reinstated.
Well, I was due to make another order with her. I have been buying from her exclusively for years and always check here to see what the wait time is. I waited a month last time. I expected her to be back to a 2 week wait by now, but see it is now even longer.
I will be sadly looking for another supplier for my Banana Fosters Coffee. I adore hers and have never found another that comes close, but I will not wait 2 months.
Does anyone know of another source of Banana Fosters coffee that resembles hers before I start wasting a fortune looking? LOL

Well, I just got a message from my CC company that they will be refunding my money. They also consider my case closed. Wow, that was fast.
That's good news--mine was almost, but not quite, as fast when I filed on Nov.3. I wondered at the time if it was because they couldn't get any response from her...now I'm sure that's the case. She's obviously totally ignoring CC company inquiries as well as her customers and racking up a multitude of complaints in the process...talk about being just plain being stupid.
I'm assuming / hoping she is getting charged a 25$ fee per charge back. After all, that is what she says shed charge us for cancelling an order.
I think someone mentioned a 45 day period where ms t could contest the charge backs.
