I think several people have done that but a few people said that would not work if you used debit or a prepaid cc. I am curious of what happened to the people that filled a chargeback then received their order, wonder what they did.

That is why you should always use plain old credit cards:). I think the best explanation regarding the differences between credit cards and debit cards was this:

"Debit cards, fighting for your money. Credit cards, fighting for their money."

Erin.R, NanC, Flametrix thanks for the info. I went ahead and filed a dispute. I am not sure if they will take it since I have not emailed her at all. Since Ms. T has taken down that notice that any emails asking for a refund is a waste of time, they may reject my request. We will see.

I saved a copy of her homepage, though the wait times are different, if you need it. Anyway, I don't think it matters since you did not receive the order within a month. They have rules about these things.

I don't have a dog in this fight (ordered from Ms Ts years ago; didn't care for the juice) but I've been following the stories out of interest in all businesses e-cig related.

I haven't read mention of the fact that she not only got her Forum Supplier thread reinstated but she also posted here.

Probably because the "facts" are not facts; The linked post is two years old - from November 24, 2011 - and the MTB supplier's forum has not been reinstated.

Well said. ECF kindly archived the content of Ms T's defunct supplier forum, but that forum is neither active nor in the right section anymore. A perusal of the Rules for Forum Suppliers makes very clear that Ms T's forum ain't coming back any time soon: note particularly the wording in rule #27, which Ms T obviously, blatantly, and repeatedly violated. Perhaps more to the point, note the insanely long waiting list for supplier sub-forums.

IOW, even if Ms T were to convince the powers-that-be at ECF that she deserves to get her forum back, she'd have to wait a minimum of a year before they could squeeze her back onto the 80-supplier roster. That said, it does look like she talked to someone at ECF, because now her forum profile reads, "Forum Supplier," which is a step up from the "Unregistered Supplier" tag that appeared on her profile the last time I thought to check (right after November 5th).

Suffice to say that ECF's was one email Ms T really should have answered. The fact that she didn't speaks volumes.

Well, I was due to make another order with her. I have been buying from her exclusively for years and always check here to see what the wait time is. I waited a month last time. I expected her to be back to a 2 week wait by now, but see it is now even longer.

I will be sadly looking for another supplier for my Banana Fosters Coffee. I adore hers and have never found another that comes close, but I will not wait 2 months.

Does anyone know of another source of Banana Fosters coffee that resembles hers before I start wasting a fortune looking? LOL

If you find one please post, i know ive been looking and haven't even found a banana fosters coffee... So far the banana fosters (without coffee ive tried are just lacking, even with coffee added. Btw where a good coffee vape...

Unfortunately, no (about the banana fosters coffee)...been looking, especially for a recipe to make my own, but haven't yet found one yet. Will definitely post if I ever do.

Well, I just got a message from my CC company that they will be refunding my money. They also consider my case closed. Wow, that was fast.

That's good news--mine was almost, but not quite, as fast when I filed on Nov.3. I wondered at the time if it was because they couldn't get any response from her...now I'm sure that's the case. She's obviously totally ignoring CC company inquiries as well as her customers and racking up a multitude of complaints in the process...talk about being just plain stupid.

I am not too aware of the credit process, but I would assume that causing so many refunds would piss of the cc companies. Moreover, you still received your order even after you received the refund and still no word from her. Could the vendor be so oblivious to the fact that she is losing money? I am also sure that there is a time limit for the charge-back.

There are still about 500 people before my order ever gets started. Now I wonder if anyone that got a refund ever actually got their orders cancelled especially since my order is still awaiting fulfillment.

Depending on the volume a vendor processes and their standing with their merchant, CB's vary from $15-$35 each. Some merchants start low, others have a sliding scale, so it'd really depend. Most vendors (not specifically in this industry) charge $5-$10 more than what they are charged to make up for the hit they take (CB's can affect your standing with a merchant account - too many in a certain period of time can end your business relationship and prevent you from being able to accept payments).

I'm assuming / hoping she is getting charged a 25$ fee per charge back. After all, that is what she says shed charge us for cancelling an order.
I think someone mentioned a 45 day period where ms t could contest the charge backs.
