I think you could definitely be on to something there. My questions were nowhere near addressed and the only thing personal in the email was my name at the beginning. Considering how shady every other aspect of this business is it would make sense, especially right now with the current situation, that Ms. T would have some generic stock email which would take nothing more than 5 to 10 seconds to add my name to the heading.

That doesn't necessarily mean that the package is ready to be shipped. Per [URL="http://www.mstsbakery.com/pages/FAQ.html#status" said:

Believe me....I know all too well. The web site home page said shipped 12/5/13, just another misleading statement anyway given that yesterday was 12/4/13 not 12/5. I just hope it means that it will ship soon and that "maybe" I will have it before Christmas as I didn't think I would have it until after Christmas or the New Year. I don't buy into her misleading statements and the changes in status. She uses those as a way to distract and pacify her angry customers. Her con ways have been seen for what they really are and that is why I will not be ordering from her again. I just have to hope that my order will come as I ordered with a Debit card and cannot do a charge back so I am trying to stay hopeful. :unsure:

I have been keeping up with this thread because I feel so badly for all you guys that have spent your hard earned money on this juice and are waiting an eternity to get it.

Personally I have never ordered from Ms. T's, and I never will.

There are just so many vendors out there with outstanding CS that truly go the extra mile and actually deserve the business they get.

I too would feel that if I gave this woman my money, I would be condoning her lousy business practices.

It kinda looks like maybe she is just one of those people who loses motivation at times.

Anyway, I just feel terrible for you all and wanted to tell you that.

I truly hope you get your juices very soon and those that used debit cards don't lose your money.

Will be keeping my finger crossed for you.

I wasn't impressed with her 2 years ago when I place my only order from her. Back then something felt "off" about her business to me. There really are lots of other vendors out there with excellent juices (better tasting than hers, to me) with even better customer service.

I don't care how good someone's juices might be, there's no way I would support them if they treated me the way she's treated you guys. She doesn't care about you any more than the money you send her and the caring stops there.

I think maybe she adopted that "star" attitude that seems so prevalent in the sports and entertainment industries. Began making big money and thinking that maybe she really was special and could treat folks any she wanted. And if you don't like it then you can kiss her .... And that attitude just may have backfired on her.

I'm really sorry to hear about this. I've never ordered her juice but I understand the frustration and feeling of betrayal here you folks are going through. I have a favorite vendor and it would ruin my day if they did this. This is a danger with cottage industry and, as a smart consumer, it is always good to have a backup or three. I sincerely hope that you folks find a replacement to your ADV. I also sincerely hope this isn't because she got hit by a bus or lost her father, etc... I mean, you'd drop everything in your life too in a situation like that...

No, it's nothing like that. It's just extremely bad business ethics, plain and simple.





Unless she gets hit by a bus several times a year.

That would be a lot of buses and dead fathers; this isn't a one time thing. I was a regular customer for too long, and like lots of other people here I'm patient and I want to believe the best about people but seriously? Snickerdoodle would need to be gold plated and clean my house to be worth it at this point. Her concern for customers ranges from none to none. She seems to have bought into her own legend and sadly, enough others have too for her to keep on ringing up those order numbers.

I'm still trying to be hopeful too-- and am watching for when your order arrives, Donya, since you're ahead of me. My status has not changed at all and I only ordered the sweetener and the sweet Honey Flavor. Can anyone recommend a good company for sweeteners or a sweeeeet Honey? I like to blend these with my regular liquids from other vendors.
 
I ordered some on oct 21 and still have not received it yet. as a first time customer this is not good. I will never order from ms t's again. I ordered a few times since from vape dudes and have received them in a timely matter. also ordered namber juice on black friday and received it yesterday

You might get your juice by Christmas but don't hold your breath. Ms. T's isn't known for her customer service and it's been particularly bad the past 3 months. She even failed to answer the emails sent to her by the ECF administrators and lost her supplier status & forum on the boards here. Many people have even had to file credit card charge backs for product not received.

Thank you Gingertaffy, I can't say anything for sweet honey but I order sweetener from EC Blend that is good also and you can get PG or VG. I ordered sweetener from her also. We can stay hopeful together and I will post any status changes as soon as they happen.

Vape Dudes has become one of my favorite go to vendors. They have awesome customer service and their liquids are top notch (my opinion). They are timely and so nice, they always go the extra mile to make a customer feel appreciated! I have tried a bunch of their flavors and have only found a couple that I didn't like but in general it wasn't because the juice was bad, it was just a flavor thing. I am so new to vaping that it took me some time to establish what flavors I liked to vape or not. Anyway, if anyone is looking for a good, honest vendor I say try them out. They have a good snickerdoodle, I can't compare it to Ms.T's because I never ordered hers but it is very good and tastes just like the cookie.
