No, I still have not heard back. I sent an email a few days ago telling her I would be doing a chargeback this weekend if I didn't hear back from them, I thought maybe she would send it out with the first batch of order this week if she was going to but I didn't get it and didn't get any emails so I will have to do that this weekend. Then if I do ever end up getting the order I can send her the money through paypal or something but I don't think I will ever get it.

Thanks, but I don't have it in my hands yet since my mail lady runs late. Until I have it and can make sure everything is in the box, I won't celebrate.

I got a business card with a 10% off coupon code that I threw out. No explanation or apology at all. Not impressed one bit.

I received an explanation but, at the time, thought everyone had. Like all receipts, I shredded it. I won't say what explanation was offered because, let's face it, none of you would believe it anyway. I will say that it was unacceptable to me because it did not explain why her website was left open for new orders or why all e-mails are ignored. But the main reason I won't post the explanation is because I believe Ms T should do that herself. Take 5 or 10 minutes and just type what you were able to write and post it.

Believe me....I know all too well. The web site home page said shipped 12/5/13, just another misleading statement anyway given that yesterday was 12/4/13 not 12/5. I just hope it means that it will ship soon and that "maybe" I will have it before Christmas as I didn't think I would have it until after Christmas or the New Year. I don't buy into her misleading statements and the changes in status. She uses those as a way to distract and pacify her angry customers. Her con ways have been seen for what they really are and that is why I will not be ordering from her again. I just have to hope that my order will come as I ordered with a Debit card and cannot do a charge back so I am trying to stay hopeful. :unsure:
what i was told by a friend is once your order is done she lets it steep for 4 days before its shipped so if thats ture when 1st see awaiting shipment it could take over a week before it gets shipped out

that still doesn't equate to 10-18 processing time, and a 6+ Week order to shipping time frame.

Mine took over a month to ship after it was "awaiting shipment".

Well with most of you not ordering from Ms T anymore, my future orders should be much faster! Thank you very much!

power to you if you love her juice. but i think its absurd that people would subject themselves to such horrible customer service knowingly. no juice, nothing, is worth that.

losing her supplier status here wasn't enough to make her get her act in gear. i'm not quite sure what would be that push. zero customers? don't need customer service if you have no customers :)

that said. if each order from when this thread was started was only 20$, she's made ~10k. i'm pretty sure with that kind of money, you can *gasp* do your job that people already paid for.

I agree with you Miarose.

No matter how good her juice is, it wouldn't be worth it to me.

Also in my opinion a vendor like that just doesn't deserve your business.

I use three excellent vendors that I can email anytime and they get back to me the same day.

Their flavors are phenomenal, and when I order, it ships the next day and I receive it within 3 days.

There are just so many vendors out there really working hard to earn our business.

I think the thing that really blew me away was when some of you said that similar situations have happened with her in the past, just not this severe.

It's a shame for her when she had such a following.

Tell you what, it means alot to me just to have the security of knowing if I get low on juice, a new bottle is only 3 days away and I can count on that actually happening.

I can only imagine how frustrating this has been for you guys.

Hope everybody gets satisfactory resolution.

I have been keeping up with this thread because I feel so badly for all you guys that have spent your hard earned money on this juice and are waiting an eternity to get it.

Personally I have never ordered from Ms. T's, and I never will.

There are just so many vendors out there with outstanding CS that truly go the extra mile and actually deserve the business they get.

I too would feel that if I gave this woman my money, I would be condoning her lousy business practices.

It kinda looks like maybe she is just one of those people who loses motivation at times.

Anyway, I just feel terrible for you all and wanted to tell you that.

I truly hope you get your juices very soon and those that used debit cards don't lose your money.

Will be keeping my finger crossed for you.

it is very sad nanc, and i have strong feelings that if people love her juice-by all means, vape it. but its also extremely sad that while people are waiting and waiting and hoping for their juice, that she's doing god knows what with their money. I'd rather support companies who value their customers and aren't just greedy for their money, as again, she is the ONLY vendor i have come across (vape related and not) that takes money prior to shipping. You'd think with her "pending orders" that she'd understand what a "pending payment" on a card is.

wat u can call it is a e-liquid site ponzi scheme thats why the site is still open taking in new money to get the old money oders filled shes the female madoff of the vape community lol
