I completely understand, and am not trying to defend her in any way.
What she has done is unacceptable.
When my order Eventually gets here I hope that everything I ordered is actually accounted for, because it appears that if it's m.i.a. - I'm s.o.l.

I only wish these 62 pages were posted before I placed my order - because they would've succeeded in keeping me FAR away from ordering with her in the first place.

So that statement in itself shows that this IS a valuable thread...
I was just trying to express the fact that this isn't the Worst Thing that has Ever Happened in my life (or yours), so state yer business & move on.

Lol. I wasn't calling you a jerk. I'm still waiting for my *definitely last ever* order from her to be processed. Sadly, I found out yesterday that a friend who isn't on ECF ordered (100$+) from her the other day not knowing any better, and her order number is some 600 past mine. I hope sincerely that 62 plus pages will warn people who might otherwise order from her- obviously though lots of people don't know. I'm not thinking anyone here has said it's the end of their world, it's just pretty outrageous and she's a vendor some of us have been faithful to for YEARS despite her always kind of lackadaisical service so to be done like this in these last six months supremely sucks.

Exactly right.

Do keep in mind the context in this particular case, too: I don't mean to criticize the people who run this excellent forum, but it's worth noting that there could be any number of new and would-be vapers who might've been misled by Ms T's ECF-approved status, and who subsequently were driven away because she turned out to be a flake. An uninitiated observer might reasonably ask what kind of industry do we really have here, if even the vendors with (apparently) good reputations can't be trusted?

She's not the worst person on earth, and certainly we've all faced far bigger problems than the loss or the delay of an e-juice order. But people like Ms T are exactly what we don't need, at this delicate time. When I talk with smokers about vaping -- when I look someone in the eye and tell them that vaping is a wonderful thing that's helped me to quit smoking after 20 years of futility -- I don't want to feel like they'll go online to do some further reading, and come to the inevitable conclusion that the vaping scene is rife with scam artists.

God knows there's already plenty of bad press out there that vaping doesn't deserve.

We all have to pick our battles, of course. Most people, when faced with a bad vendor, will simply wash their hands of the matter and move on, and that's fine. More power to 'em. But if we cannot confront (and hopefully, thereby, eliminate) the small injustices in life, then what hope have we against the larger ones? The magnitude of the harm does not define the wrongness of an act.

WOW!! I just read the majority of this thread. I can easily understand a small business going under but it seems the appropriate thing would be for her to stop taking orders until she catches up or to close.
Who ever said she has a ponzi scheme going sure seems to have hit the nail on the head.
It seems like many were very loyal customers and had she come up with some explanation that even came close to caring about her customers many of you maybe would have stuck with her. Not to mention answering e-mails.

I do not know if this has been suggested ... But maybe some of you could also file complaints with her website host/server?
If they get enough they may shut her down. Just a thought.

I've said before shutting down her server/ website host can cause all orders to be lost. That doesn't help anyone whose still waiting to receive what they've paid for.

And after reading pages and pages of how unorganized she is, it may be highly possible she doesn't have a backup of already placed orders.

On a better note my order is on it's way, finally!! :toast: I have a tracking number from USPS and so I expect it will be here in a couple of days although I just don't know and I am scared to get my hopes up too high as USPS only shows tracking information received not the package itself. Guess I will know soon and I will post update when the order arrives. Fingers crossed for the rest of you also!

Donya, what is your order number and what date did you place your order? Now all of us came across this thread before ordering. I'm afraid I'm 500+ in order numbers beyond what's listed on the homepage as being shipped today. Oddly enough, I remember those very same "Latest Orders" numbers saying they were shipped when I placed my order last month. Guess it just always shows the current date instead of the truth. <sigh>

My final order from her went to "awaiting shipment" a couple of days ago. I will be so glad to finally wash my hands of her for good after this fiasco. I can't wrap my mind around the fact that I'm still waiting for an order from October 28th. Anyone that continues to order from her, good luck. I refuse to take my chances with someone that can't be bothered to make juice more than once every few weeks and won't even accept communications from customers so she can rectify her errors.

PlacentaParty- I agree that it's theft at this point. No one is perfect and to assume that you are never going to make any errors and just ignore all communications...I've never come across ANY business that did that. You and Erin definitely got shafted and her lack of concern for that just ticks me off.

She truly seems to think she doesn't need us and that she's overworked....so I'm happy to oblige her and take my business elsewhere, to someone who actually wants customers and doesn't feel that taking my money and filling my orders is a bother.

According to the numbers on her page today my order (which is a gift) is about 200 away still..but my friend, who ordered recently without knowing about all of these posts, has more than 700 before hers. It's sort of stunning. Lots of vendors have been overwhelmed with orders in the time I've been around; some close temporarily, others set up daily limits, etc. Ms Ts is the only one I've seen that just keeps on taking orders, and the only one that charges cards immediately. And she must feel good about her progress because the news is that coupons are being offered again. I'm not a person who really gets all up in other people's business much, but it bothers me that there's no way to warn people like my friend. :(

Thorn; My order number is 39379 and was placed on 10/21/13 and per the USPS website it will be delivered on Saturday 12/14/13 :) Hope this helps you determine where you are in the big scheme of things!

exactly. but even vendors who are bogged down around holidays/black friday, still have 6 TIMES the better turn around time than she does.

I won't be giving her another dime. I feel for those that have stated they will continue to order from her. I would pluck up a pack of smokes before I would consider returning to her. She will never change and anyone willing to give her more money is validating her blatant disregard for her customer base. You are worth more than that.

I don't feel bad for those who will continue to do business with her, despite the knowledge that she doesn't care about her customers, and that if you have an issue, she's never going to respond to you. Fool me once, shame on them - fool me twice, shame on me.

If they want to support someone with no ethics at all, then I won't have sympathy when they continue to be mistreated. If one knowingly chooses to give their hard earned money to a woman with no ethics, it's hard to be sympathetic to their plight.

As I said before - her juice isn't THAT good. And I shocked that ANYONE is giving her the benefit of the doubt after this lastest adventure of juice roulette.

It may be helpful for you to talk to some of the other people on this thread who are really happy with the juices they've found as her replacement.

I've been ordering from her for about 2 years and know enough to keep a good supply of her juice on hand. This is nothing new and happens once or twice a year it seems! I'd like better service but I just can't find a juice that I like as much as hers and believe me I've tried lots of them. I think this will pass as her past episodes have and if I get stiffed for the last order then I will regret the loss of a good juice more than have hard feelings toward her. It sounds like she lives a very tough life and I have compassion for her as well as frustration.

just re-quoting this, as ezmarc thinks this happens 1-2 times a year, but it has clearly been going on for months. 1-2 times a year, for 4 months at a time. hmm. so she only does "normal business" for 4 months out of the year? L.O.L.

i'm still not quite sure how she has a tough life. she's making BOKU bucks.

a-waiting: behind 600 orders to be processed.
a-waiting: for that space when there isn't yet another 'emergency' in her life

Yup, you may be a-waiting for that shipment for a long, long time to come. You don't understand how this is going to work. This is the company that redefined what "awaiting shipment" actually means.

Let's not give those who choose to continue using Ms T a hard time...it is their informed choice :)

And there is another helpful way to warn others of her business issues, and I'm still surprised I don't see more of them. Post about your issues here Reviews of Suppliers - Negative

As a supplier associate for another company, I am not allowed to post there unless in response to a negative for our business...but it is a great place to spread the word about a bad egg. Just be sure to follow the rules for the area!
