Hello All;

I am new to ECF and the reason I chose to join was due to reading the posts here about this particular problem as I am among those waiting on an order. I love her Gourmet Vanilla and have not found another out there to compare to the taste of this and I have tried so many. This is the only vanilla I want but not sure if it will ever come after reading the horror stories here. My order is not as old as some here but my concern has grown as there are some of you that have clearly been waiting over a month for your orders from her. I had ordered from her in the past and was not totally displeased with the turn around time. Yes it took a little longer but not this long for sure. I saw today where she has orders to ship today, I sincerely hope that some of you will indeed receive your orders and post back here to let us know that you have them in hand as maybe that will mean some hope for the rest of us. As it is though I will not order from her in the future and will be looking (yet again) for a gourmet vanilla replacement! :facepalm:

Hi Donya, welcome to ECF...sorry you joined for such a disappointing reason, but we're glad to have you share our collective misery!

Many felt the same way you did about MsTs previous history...the shipping was often slow, but it was steady...until now. This is beyond just worse, it's deplorable and the final straw for many.

Hope you find a gourmet vanilla replacement...did you check the other thread in this forum for MsT alternatives? Good luck!

I'll be glad to finally wash my hands of this, too!

But here's the thing; my bank has also already refunded my money, and they also said to return the package unopened in the event it ever arrives (and I would definitely get a tracking number, even if you have to pay for it;)). But, if MsT resubmits the charge when our return is en route back to her, then we'll have to file another dispute, wouldn't we?...this could go on and on. I just want this whole episode finished.

If my tracking number doesn't move,I'll assume she got my email and I'll expect no orders to come my way. If she does send them and recharge I'll probably just leave it at that.
That sounds like a good plan, maybe I'll handle it that way, too, if my order actually arrives...not sure yet.

I couldn't wait and tried some of the flavors from sweet-vapes, while still waiting on my Ms.T's. NanC I think you were the one looking for a vanilla cap. I tried their vanilla coffee and it is really good, if you are still looking you may want to try it, it has no coffee taste that I can find but is still quit good even to my picky taste buds. I would rate it up there with Ms.T's vanillas for sure:)

It is good right out of the mail box.

will anyone who has canceled their card charges but still happens to receive their order please let me know? I see now that Ms T has started moving again, but I already canceled my payment and got refunded last week. hey, call me impatient but in my defense at the time of MY order, the site said max processing time was 8 business days, and thats exactly how long I waited. but now I'm worried she won't get the memo about the canceled order and will send it to me anyway, probably sometime next year. even though I'd still like to have the juice, I refuse to bow down to her highness so low and give her back my money for all the trouble she's caused me and others. she should learn a lesson, no offense, maybe it will help improve her service in the future. anyway, is there anyway I can make sure my order stays completely canceled? according to the site it still says awaiting fulfillment ><

You could shoot her an email to reiterate that you wish to cancel the order. And then shoot an email to your bank, letting them know that the woman is incommunicado and that you've made every reasonable effort to apprise her of the situation.

And then if the order arrives, you can send it back with a clear conscience. Better yet, you might request a postage fee from her before you send the package back. ;)

(Of course, it'd be best if you could simply refuse delivery, but I'm not sure if that's possible. My own post man, for instance, has a bad habit of leaving my packages with neighbors.)

Yeah, I suggested emailing her only as a formality, a cover-your-backside move if you like. I don't expect that you'll get a response; in fact it's probably best if you don't get a response.

NOPE! Same here. Two day priority mail and it's been sitting at the same status for three days now...
I can't even find the words to express my anger with this whole situation. Every time I try, my thought process develops Tourette's and I have to stop myself from punching a hole through something... How anyone running a business gets away with this is beyond me. She needs to be shut down and run out of town, torches and pitchforks in hand, like the monster she is.

And, just to make a bad situation worse: the package is being shipped to the job I just quit last Monday... Wasn't bad enough waiting all this time now, when and if, this package does arrive I have to contact the supervisor I just told where to go and show face at the place I just blew off... Not happy...

Still sitting at electronic notification for me too. It's now 12:23 p.m. in Ky. If I had been in her shoes, I would have been at the post office waiting for the doors to open. Can't understand it.

As a side note I notice she still has two different time estimates listed on her site. Home page states 10 to18 days before delivery and on her shipping and payment section she is still stating 4 to 6 day.

Note to all those who have canceled payments thorugh their CC company: Do NOT send back the package, should you actually receive it, until the 45 day limit has expired. Hold the package instead. Do not open it. Just put a note on it with the date you received it, look at a calendar and mark off 45 days, and include that on your note. There is always a chance that Ms. T will charge your card again, and if that happens, you will be truly SOL in recovering those funds. Best wishes to all.

Yeah bully mom, it states 10-18 business days. Only problem is nobody can figure out what days are "business days" for Ms T. Maybe she only has 1 business day per week lol.

Thanks Erin..it wasn't me looking for the vanilla cappuccino--I would love to find a Banana Foster Coffee replacement, if anyone finds one--but I'm glad you're liking the vanilla coffee!

Thanks Erin..it wasn't me looking for the vanilla cappuccino--I would love to find a Banana Foster Coffee replacement, if anyone finds one--but I'm glad you're liking the vanilla coffee!
+1 on the Banana Foster Coffee. Wish I could find a good DIY recipe for that. I'm also in withdrawal from the Coffee w/cream (+ a little sweetener). Good coffee flavors are hard to find. I've tried 2 different vendors since this bs started with Ms T but neither one of them tripped my trigger. Got an email that my DIY supplies/flavors shipped from HDV and looking forward to getting started with DIY. Hopefully I can learn how to make my own coffee flavors.
