So recently I ordered some 18490 batteries from MT Baker Vapor and they sent 18350s instead I was sure that I was out of luck and had to reorder some more batteries or the the shipping on the return would be too high to justify a return but long story short they just told me to keep the batteries they already sent and they would just send out the ones I originally ordered.

It will give you a field to fill out so you can initiate a return and receive a RMA number and we can document the return through our system
It allows us to keep in contact throughout the process and provides proper tracking
