Yeah, my understanding is that clones are fine, fakes are not.
To pick the easiest example, an "ego style" battery is okay (as long as you call it "ego-style" and not a branded Ego).
But a battery that is an ego-style and also has logos/markings that are trying to pass it off as a branded Ego... that's not allowed.
65/35, +1 shot, 12mg... pretty much my standard order. It's the only one I taste the peppery taste in, though. Go figure.

Holy, this just in, Steven Moffat can still write an amazing Doctor Who episode. That was good stuff. Really good stuff.

They may have been counterfeits. It's a fine distinction in some ways, but it's ECF's way of trying to toe the line with regard to copyrights.

Well, I wasn't or I should say not in the market for buying anything due to lack of funds, but in that thread the only thing I saw was removed was 1 item that Classywife removed was done due to the OP removing it from the threads title not due to it being a clone, but will check it out just for chits and giggles, and I have no doubt that what you are stating is true!

Along with my sarcasm I am generally a cynic. In recent years I have made an effort to be positive when I can. I'm going to try and be positive about this but I do find it odd that we have to wait until Tuesday to find out. I have no issues signing a waiver or waiting for their lawyer to write the "warning" verbage on Monday if that is why they need that day... Which is me being positive. lol
Ok, that thread is still open and they are noted as being clones and not counterfeits so they are allowed. I am not sure if we are talking about the same thread. Damn, I didn't get the link! But it's still there.

Well, I'm a little ...... off, I went to pick up my check yesterday as there was not enough time for it to be directly deposited and as my bank has no actual brick and mortar store front I sent it by scan, they are showing it as being received however due to it being the 1st time that it was ever done this way by me, they put a hold on it and the funds will not be released until Dec 2nd, so there goes my damn BF purchase, all I was going to get was about 6 flavorings and a battery! I had contacted them and they said they would put in a request to have some of the funds made available but I will not know if any will be available until Tuesday. I was just going to get those flavorings before BF and on BF get the Battery and normally juices that I am out. I am not a happy person right now! W.T...H.... else can go wrong now! I have not been in a position to purchase anything for like 3 months now and was excited to be able to get a few things at least. Should have known better!!! Oh well, such is life.
