Congrats on no analogs now!! Forgetting about them comes much easier as you move along into vaping and finally find what tanks and juices work best for you, once you find the perfect tank and juice you'll be able to forget all about them!

I prefer 50/50 vapes, but also am OK with 65PG/35VG. When I make my own I do 50/50 or 60PG/40VG, high PG makes vapes seem less smooth to me and I liek it smooth, but that's just me.

Some prefer higher PG for better throat hit, I don't mind either way on that, but I think more PG makes vapes not smooth enough for me and I don't really notice any flavor difference between 50/50 and higher PG like 65PG/36VG or 70PG/30VG, so I like keep it around the middle for the smoothness factor :)

Well damn...only 50/50 I chose was the Hawk Sauce, but I'll take it as a lesson learned. Did 50/50 on a bunch of ECB flavors and regretted it for any coffee/cookie flavors as, even after more than a month of steeping, ended up one peppery mess. The Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino I was counting on for Turkey Day ended up a major letdown. Maybe that's why I ended up 80/20 on the other two...

What's your thoughts on the Orange Dream Bar flavor Big Lebowski? I see many say too much orange, or too "Real" of an orange flavor, like peels, and then not enough cream. Are those users just not waiting long enough for it to mix properly, or is it really not like a creamy orange/vanilla with ice cream/candy/baby aspirin type orange in it

I had a 15ml 65/35 18mg no flavor shots and thought it was good, I will admit not a lot of creamy/vanilla flavor out of it, and I have been quite lazy and have been using the same coil for about 13ml of it.. dunno how it will taste steeped and on a fresh coil til my vapemail comes in

Have you had the rainbow sherbet or butterscotch before? I've been eyeing them and they sound wonderful, in my last order I got some orange dream bar 65/35 18mg and I thought it was pretty bomb, not quite like the ice cream but still good

Haven't had the orange dream bar or rainbow sherbet, but the butterscotch is my ADV. Can't leave home without it. I have strayed from MBV for the last month, delved into GLV/JDVaporco/EC Blends because I've tried almost everything MBV has to offer (that fits my pallet) but MBV can't be beat and I absolutely love some of their juices; butterscotch, salted caramel, cherry limeade, root beer, freckled lemonade, and surprise grape.

Well that's just my preference, you may not like 50/50 vs higher PG. You'll have to try a bunch different ways before you'll know for sure which ratio you really prefer.

Peppery taste is due to Nic Base, so either their Nic Base was bad peppery tasting, or too much Nic was used in your order. That kind of Nic isn't bad really, but I'd only use it on tobacco type flavors, never in a bakery or sweet candy/juice/drink ect flavor.

Oh thank God. Most of those were a 12 iirc and all of these orders were for a 0. I did this for cessation at the root of it all anyway :) From now on, I don't think I'd be able to handle much more than a 6.

Ahh sorry, I assumed since you got the medium it wasn't your tester :) I like the butterscotch too, great after 2-3 weeks!!

I just ordered the sherbet flavoring, so I'll be trying it soon too! Reviews looked good, so I'm stoked!

I picked up Root Beer too, along with an either/or Blue Moo/Freckled Lemonade freebie request, sounds like we both like some of the same flavors. My MBV favorite is White Out, LOVE IT!!

no code needed for the free shipping. you automatically get that choice if your order is over $50 ;)

Thats what i meant, at first my order with code was 46 plus 6 shipping, added another bottle and it was free shipping, bigger savings with free shipping if your stocking up!

Has to be $50 after coupon code,
Guess i worded it wrong !

Well then if they didn't over-Nic your juices that just means their Nic, or their Nic Base that day, was peppery tasting. Since 12mg isn't a lot, unless it tastes strong peppery to begin with then it should have been covered by flavor. You wont get that with MBV Nic, even at 24mg I don't taste anything peppery in their base.

Since you are just starting to vape, going to 0mg too soon may easily cause you to relapse to analogs, even 6mg may be a bit light so soon. Try to at least keep some 6-12mg juices on hand in case you need it!

Born on date is 10/17 and now there is a little bit more creamy flavor, I mean it's a hint of it though, wish it had more as for the orange it was my first orange vape flavor and I'd say it's a mix between candy-ish and real, not quite like an orange w/ a peel.

I also have some Vanilla cupcake 65/35 18mg 1xtra shot and it tastes mainly like frosting not a lot of vanilla taste and been considering mixing what I have left of orange with that and maybe it can make it more creamy flavored

I'll keep that mind. I've already identified one of the juices I can get from a local shop as an easy ADV, so it shouldn't be hard to get in case of emergency. For me, it want about the nicotine so much as the physical action of smoking and the social scene that got me hooked. Before they killed smoking on submarines (Dec 31, 2010...a day that will live in infamy), it was really the only way us engineers knew where in the water we were and what we were doing. After that, kicking the habit was rough as nails. I should have gotten into vaping sooner lol

I think all ecblends have an extremely peppery taste. Juices darken quick. I couldn't vape them due to the strong pepper. Even in 6mg.

Thanks! Well, that's plenty long enough steep time for the cream to stand up if it was going to! Sounds like more real orange flavor than I'd expect in a orange cream vape too from your comments, so that falls in line with the other reviews on the site :(

Maybe I'll try it in a sample request someday, but thanks to you and the other reviews I know I shouldn't order the flavoring now without trying a small pre-mixed sample first. Doesn't sound like it would be what I'm looking for in an orange cream, but it still may be an OK vape even if it's not what I really expected from it.

That mix you mention sounds like it might be good! I'd say try it in a smaller amount first though in case you hate it :)

I love TFA's orange cream, but was looking for something similarly flavored while being stronger and/or better. It's a ice cream type, and tastes as you'd expect an orange cream to taste, reminds me of the good ole St. Johnson's banned baby aspirins too and I love those :D

Good to hear that about the local place just in case! Hope it will be easy for you to go down in Nic so quick. I've went down over a year, from 24mg to 10-12 now, but I took it in 2-4mg steps about every month or two. That was easy, not sure if it would have been jumping in larger amounts though, so that's why your post worried me a little. Hopefully you can do it your way and be OK!!

How did smoking in a sub let you know where you were in the water?

I've only had one, Dragons Blood at 24mg, but it was 6-8 months ago. I didn't notice any pepper then, but could just be me, or that mix covered it properly, or they had a cleaner base back then maybe?

Whodathunkit? :D

I've never had the shortcake, is the cake aspect the same flavor as Cake (Yellow)? Hope you've had it too, because I've been wondering if that was what they use or if they have another hidden cake :)

Sorry forgot to get back to that part. When you work in engineering, you're in the back end of the ship and are pretty much like the guys that row in those old ships. You don't know much, just when to row and how hard. The "smoke pit" was where we got time to bug all the guys up in the forward part about what the purpose of our rowing really was, like the officers and the intelligence guys. It's how I figured out where we would be pulling into before everyone else.

But for now it's time to sleep and have dreams of Hawk Sauce. I've been wanting to try that out since I learned about MBV. Goodnight all.
