Thank you Doug. I'm hanging in there, again, I am just glad that nobody was hurt, could have really been bad, but from what I was told the Fire Department got here super fast, and it was apparent considering it could have been much worse as we are a little off the beaten path.

The boiler in my moms house just broke and I begged her to not use space heaters. I told her to just keep piling on the blankets...I hate those things. Dusty if you need anything I have a ton of juice or I could def pick up some stuff for you please dont hesitate to PM me. My thoughts and prayers to you.

Dusty, you didn't say but here goes, how ya fixed for vapining stuff. I have a couple extra Volt X2 batteries,some extra cartos, & a bottle or 2 of juice I can send.

Oh, geeez, well I had taken 2 Evods and a Spinner with me, so I have those, but all other stuff is gone other then what was in my mail box, as I was not able to get as much as I wanted due to other issue, I got some flavorings from MBV that were spared, but can't vape straight flavor, I don't think that would work out too well even though I love juices extremely strong! lol Oh, there was a bottle so Rainbow Sherbert as a freebie, haven't tried that as conserving the battery life as the charger was cooked, couldn't find anything other then the metal connector, oh yeah, the Vamo is totally, had a battery in it, what a mess, looked like a little pipe bomb.

I'm not asking anyone for anything. Chit happens, part of life!

Whipped cream goes with almost anything. Fruits, chocolates and coffees in particular. The rest is a process of trial and error, but in general, if it sounds like it might taste good together, it usually does.

Thanks MDV39, those things can be dangerous as hell, the newer ones aren't too bad, but you never want to leave them on when leaving the house.

I've got a newer one with all the safety features on it - auto shutoff after an hour or if it tips, housing stays cool to the touch, etc. It gets a lot of use in the winter (my circulation in my extremities is shot). Even with that, though, it's not on unless I'm awake and within an arms reach of it - I'll turn it off before I so much as get up to make a sandwich, and I won't turn it on if I'm tired. Not worth the risk of leaving it unattended.

I know this is probably the least of your concerns right now, Dusty, but how are your neighbors holding up? Was the area the family with the space heater was living in a total loss? I admit, "hemophiliac" tugged my heart strings. Such an awful thing to have happen this time of year, and even worse if you're a kid who's thinking it's "your fault."

Well, they are doing as well as can be expected, their son's bedroom also had the door closed, but the fire had burnt the door and if the fire department didn't show up when they did the living room would have been next, there is a lot of smoke damage. Their son was extremely upset, he's I believe 8 years old, his biggest concern was about his Xbox after asking if anybody was hurt, that was really his only escape as he can't really go out an play with his issue. They are staying at a family members house until we find out what the structural integrity is, but it appears that the units can be repaired. His father told him it wasn't his fault that it was his, which was good to hear, but the fact is that he is the father. But in any case, it was an accident and things like this happen.

Thanks Joie, I am going to go tomorrow and see if I can pick up a charger for the spinner. I really am not asking anyone for anything, I know if was an offer, but I just kinda feel funny about it. Not sure if I will be able to pick up any Nic, PG and VG, I do have those 4 flavorings that I was able to order from MBV a few days ago, they were all nice and safe in the Mailbox! lol I knew I should have ordered some Nic... but due to the other issues, I was looking to try and conserve as the bills came first. God I hate bills!

I know every kid *thinks* video games are the be-all end-all, but for disabled and chronically ill kids, it's often the only real *social* outlet we/they have too. I was an anomaly as one who was able to play sports... most of us can't.

Anyway, he and his family will be in my thoughts, too... thanks for indulging my curiosity at a time like this.

I have a 360 I just replaced the lense in for grabs. I am not in the position to give it but I would glady let it go for what I have in it. 50+ shipping. (med flat rate) I only have a power brick and hdmi cable not the original AV cables. I would throw a spare controller in for 30.

Guys, I'm not in a position to buy this outright from Visionx or I would do so to send it along to the little guy in question. On the other hand, I don't want that family to be taking in more than they can handle when they're already going through a crisis. Been there. (Haven't had a house fire, *have* had a tree hit my house.) So, my tentative suggestion would be for Dusty to *ask* the family in question if the 360 is something they'd like - when you have the time and energy, Dusty, not before! God knows you have plenty to worry about! And then if we get a yes, and a few people could come in with me on the cash Visionx needs, we could do a double good deed here for Christmas.

I was sent a text message from one of my other neighbors that lives directly across from my apartment, these are 2 sets of triplexes, he is the one that had actually called the Fire Department, anyway, he is gong to give the boy his Xbox when they come back to get some thing out of the apartment. I'll have to go over there tomorrow and get a few things out of mine and want to be there when the inspector comes to check out the damage.

So thankfully the boy will have he entertainment to keep him occupied, which is a very good thing, it's very sad when I have seen the other kids out playing and horsing around and he can't do that.

Yes, I know, you all are the best! Yes that is still my address, the mailbox is fine, lol, I will be coming and going from here back to the apartment a lot and am hoping that the place will be able to be repaired, but will need to see what they say tomorrow, I don't want to have to move anytime soon. That's a nice offer, my neighbor across from me is going to give his Xbox to the boy. He has 3 of them. Don't know why and never asked, but at least the boy will have one now.
