Pooh juice? First time I've heard of that one.
I'm pretty sure they carry a honey juice.. that's what I would expect something called Pooh to taste like - but who knows.. wet bear flavor juice? Juice that tastes like Christopher Robin? That would be different

it's been a LONG time since I read any of the Pooh stories.. was he ever involved with peanut butter? Maybe a peanut butter n honey blend?

Tres Leches in real life is a Spanish/South American cake that has 3 kinds of milk in the recipe, including condensed milk. It is very moist and usually not frosted. I don't know if the juice flavor mimics that or not.

That sounds amazing. Guess that another MBV juice I need to try.

Placed my order, and it took over a week. Not really the fault of the company, but being across the country from them, means shipping times are quite long. Although a company I use in CA, only takes 4 days.

Juice came and is well flavored , but I did not care for much of it.

BluMoo was decent, although I find Vaperites to be a tad better.
Pie Crust was one of the worst juices I have tried. Think mouth full of plain flour.
Sugar Cookie is no where near the taste of KickBass. Lacks cookie flavor completely.
Sweet Cream is good as an additive to other juices, but on its own is awful.

Im glad so many have found love from them. Finding good juice is what makes this journey easier, but I dont think I will be ordering again. Great price, solid selection, but I was left with wanting better.

To the poster, I guess to each their own. Taste is such a subjective thing, but I am curious to know if your opinion changes after returning to them in a couple of weeks. Kudos to you for a very positive spin on a somewhat negative review!

I also have to say that I am THOROUGHLY impressed by the fact that the only person who like this post was James. It takes a confident person to handle constructive criticism, and the fact the he liked this post regardless of the nature of the review speaks volumes on his behalf. I love MBV, and now I have a new reason to do that. Thanks James, and everybody else at MBV. You folks rock my face off!!!

This mystery "Pooh" flavor is really bugging me as to what it tastes/smells like right now. Like you, I saw Pooh and thought of the homie Winnie so I was like oh yea honey. Wrong. Or at least it doesn't smell/taste like honey YET! I guess I'll have to wait to see what it turns out to be after steeping. Anyone have any tips to speed up the steeping process? Has anyone tried the hot tap water trick with these MBV bottles? I remember reading somewhere some bottles can't take the heat. < No pun intended


Also, I think he (Winnie) only messed with the honey. I don't ever think PB was involved. But yea I'm not entirely sure what its supposed to be

Check out this post for steeping tips. The MBV bottles will be fine with very hot tap water or water cooler than boiling. Some have tried to steep in the microwave and boiling water with disastrous results.

Ok, "wet bear flavor" made me laugh out loud. Having "wet dog" smell in this house often, with two labrardors, does not make "wet bear" sound appealing in any way! ;-)

But I do like the name "Pooh" - I am partial to cute/clever names, I must admit!! I can't wait to hear what it tastes like!!

I have to be honest - when I read Covert24's post, I did do a double take and read it as "POOh" - it wasn't until I read Opal's post that I realized as in Winnie!!

And it is clever, because it does get people talking!!

How is the Caramel? Compared to the Butterscotch? I want something a bit richer and heavier than the Butterscotch, though I love it too! I tried the Salted Caramel, and though I liked it, it did NOT like me or my equipment. But the regular Caramel sounds like a juice I could love. Opinions?

The Caramel Candy is really good. I got mine 18 mg 80/20 pg/vg with 2 shots. Rich and creamy tasting. I can't compare it to the Butterscotch; I've never cared for it, and so have never ordered it.

I'm not sure, honestly. I'm gonna try out the madagascar vanilla mbv has. See how that goes. That'll have to be in next week's order though. I'm out of allowance. ;-(

James is a one of a kind business person. That's what makes him my only juice supplier!! I agree take a good person to like a post that isn't positive about his product.
