My oldest son has autism, thankfully mild. I can only imagine what moving must be like. Day like today, no school because of snow, gets him out of his routine and he doesn't do well.
Seanchai - Thanks for the encouragement. In a way, it will be a relief to get out of this house. We love the space and layout, but the owner has not been keeping up on repairs and is now apparently underwater on the mortgage. Hate to have to uproot my grandson, though. He is 16 and has autism. He was a champ when we moved to California from Ohio, helping with packing, etc., and fantastic on the drive out here. He even managed really well when the (bad word, bad word, bad word) moving company we were foolish enough to hire came 2 days late to get our stuff in Ohio, and then took almost a month to deliver it here.
DustyZ - Thanks for the help. I do shake the snot out of my stuff before I reload my cartos, but the dark stuff at the bottom is not mixing in.
