Buckled in for another storm. Streets starting to get slick and 4" of snow could fall.
Everything canceled for tonite and tomorrow - freezing rain sucks.
Our city Christmas parade is now scheduled for January 10th - snicker.
Stay safe and warm everyone!

ugh....now they said we are sposed to start off with rain, then freezing rain, then snow. snow on top of ice. always an adventure.

stay safe yourself, molly

The band never even got me into the arousal stage. Wendy O Williams was more likely to in the 80s.

If you're referring to it being in my "likes" at FB, it's not the band it's in "activities" or "books".
I never liked "New Age" music.
In the 80s I saw Steppenwolf, Molly Hatchet, Foghat, Bad Company, Alvin Lee, AC/DC, The Grateful Dead, Frank Zappa, Scorpions, Aerosmith, The Outlaws....bands like that.

Soooo I'm only really interested in Human Sexual Response as it pertains to the human sexual response cycle .

Loved the book and like the MoS TV show.

The VTR is making DIY MBV peanut butter clouds :vapor:

no, i was just wondering if you have seen the dvd in a store. i didn't know it was released. now that i do know, i'm trying to find a copy. HSR was in pretty heavy rotation on WBCN, i liked both of their albums. Berlin Airlift was a similar band. i'd like to find cds of both, cuz i loved their tunes. i know i can't find their stuff way out here.

they aren't "new age", they were classified as new wave, but theatrical rock would be a better description. it was early 80s, music was getting corporate, these folks weren't. Boston had a cool music scene.

while i was a diehard Utopia fan, i liked a lot of different stuff. HSR fit in with The Pretenders and The Clash, and their instrumentalists are still some of the best in the area.

not a huge southern rock fan, definitely not a Deadhead, more of a Neil Young, YES, SRV, and Todd kind of guy.

Seattle has Bumpershoot, that added a lot of stuff to my collection. Indigo Girls played regularly, Bonnie Raitt played a lot as did Joan Jett (always liked Joan, and the first time i saw her, Kaz was playing bass for her) and seeing The Lovemongers was totally amazing. a buddy of mine was friends with Frank. i went to see him as a favor to him. he asked Frank to play some Todd for me, it ended up on the Lovemongers EP.

the 90s changed everything. Throwing Muses, Breeders, Belly, Arrested Development, Pearl Jam ( i love PJ, but 3 hour concerts are way too long for me to be somewhere). Mike McCready had a special guest for his wife's birthday, Johnette Napolitano. Concrete Blonde is the only band i will try to see no matter what. they don't make cds anymore, just singles. but i love both Johnette and the guitar player, Jim Mankey.

i like some new age too. saw Kitaro w/Jon Anderson and Enya's music is a nice change of pace. SADE is also one of my favorite bands. you don't get much tighter than her band. the bass player is freeking awesome!

i don't know why i typed so much...

oh yeah, just wondering if you saw that dvd in any local music stores.

i'm sure i'm vaping something...

Does anyone not get extra flavor shots?

My mix is mostly VG, so I usually get 2 and like it. I want to try them without, but I don't want to be disappointed.

I do max VG on all my juices and prefer no shots. On the few times I've tried an extra shot I get that popcorn taste - but that seems to be me (see hazelnut coffee a few days ago) My thought is that mvb knows what they're doing and wouldn't send out a flavorless product so I'm good at the standard level.. though, I do have two juices at 18mg that might be able to stand another shot.
most of my juices are either 12mg or no nic (I mix them together when they arrive sometimes)

also.. from reading this thread.. more shots = more steep time
ymmv

I think I'll give it a shot that way, since my next order will be all 12mg.

i hate snow.. i drive a small hybrid. i almost died on my way home from work the other morning. please keep the snow away from philly!

Did you put snow tires on it? I really hope you're not driving around in those conditions without changing out the all-weather tires that come with most of those cars. Those tires that come from the factory are usually pretty terrible.
