An enigma for me. I have ordered it twice. 65/35 +4 and it was unvapable. Reordered at 50/50 +2 and it is better, but doesn't really taste like butterscotch. It smells like it, but has some weird taste to me. I chalk this up to different people taste things differently.

I REALLY wanted to like it :(

Yeah, sense of taste is an interesting subject. So is sense of smell. My hubby can't smell any of my vapes except hot chocolate. He can't even smell the Doublemint gum when I'm vaping it in the car with the windows closed. But as soon as I start vaping the hot chocolate, he cozies up and start sniffing. He wants to be able to smell them, but he just can't. When I first started vaping, he wanted to try it once just to see what it was like and I set him up with 0 nic Swedish Fish with 5 extra flavor shots. He took a couple of vapes and could barely taste anything. His sense of smell is shot and I think that affects taste so much.

It's tough when you read glowing reviews of a juice flavor from tons of people and then when you try it, it tastes like cat pee mixed with sardines. No matter how many people love a flavor, there is no guarantee it's going to taste good to you. And just to make things even more interesting, our taste buds change so much that even if a juice tastes wonderful one week, it can taste awful the next week. I had an all-day vape that I couldn't live without for months and now when I try it, I cringe.

I tried the Moo Juice yesterday straight from the mailbox and it tasted like chalk. I hope it just needs steeping and it isn't a case of my tastebuds not liking moo juice.

A little update on some flavors.

The Bubble gum I got (65/35, 1 shot, 18mg) and the blu-bacco (same config) don't really do it for me by themselves. So what I did was fill my T3 up to about 1.2ml with the Blu-bacco, then filled it up 1.0 ml with the bubble gum, then shot a bit of my Cool Mist from Halo and then topped it off with a little thug juice for color and flavor. And my new ADV was created :).

I've noticed that I seem to get a richer flavor when I get more VG. It seems to fill the flavor all the way out. So, I'm willing to give Butterscotch another try with no extra shots and a 50/50 mix. MBV is so affordable, it makes it easy to experiment. This next order, however, is going to let me try the exalted Cinnamon Roll. I can't wait! I'm also going to give the Blackberry a try. Oh, and the Caramel Apple is on my list. I'm having to split my $$ between three great juice makers this month. Decisions, decisions!

A question... I've tried Ocean Breeze and Afternoon Delight. I've not tried the Pina Colada yet. Has anyone tried all three? If so, what was the difference to you? They all seem to do the Pineapple, Coconut thing... I love creamy Pina Coladas and want that flavor most of all, but I do love the Ocean Breeze as well. The Afternoon Delight is great too. They are all so similar though, surely I can find ONE to settle on?

I hate to say it, but the Butterscotch isn't working for me. I *think* it is because I added the extra shots.. but I'm not sure. I get the start of the flavor and that's it... not the rest of the flavor. I'm thinking of reordering a smaller bottle with no extra shots and a bit more VG. Anyone have any experience like this? Thanks!

I get all my juice with 80/20 @ 18mg +1 or as close as possible

I have Butterscotch with 1 flavor shot. I added two drops of sweetener to a 30ml bottle....let it sit 2 days and then it was better.
I liked it right out of the shipping pack...but it was just missing something to me. The sweetener did the trick for me. Perfect now.

I haven't tried sweetener but I will in the near future.
I'll also get straight Butterscotch flavor to add to mine to experiment with fine tuning.

Aw, that's a shame that it's not working for you. It's my all time favorite. I get it 12mg, 50/50, with 5 flavor shots and I love it. I vape it more than any other flavor.

I read somewhere that over 2 flavor shots gives it a perfumey taste that stays so I always get all my MBV with +1
Anyone found +2 and above to stay perfumey over more than a month?
Steeped with cap off to let alcohol evaporate?

That sucks :(

I never developed my sense of smell. Pepe Le Peww could fart at me and I probably wouldn't notice.
My taste buds work fine though and I love Werthers candies and butterscotch on my hot fudge sundaes.
I taste butterscotch or a reasonable facsimile thereof in my MBV Butterscotch juice
What matters to me is that I enjoy the flavor I do taste.
My 30ml made on 4/10 is over half gone and I vape many different flavors.

I just received my 1/2 pint of MBV Butterscotch today :)

I ordered $50.15 (after the efc coupon) on Monday eve and my free shipping came via Priority. MFG Date: 4/29 Holy Itshay!

I like my Cinnamon Roll too but Butterscotch is just right for my everyday vape
Both CR & BS are better @ home for me than out and about.
I like Fireball, Strawberry, Mocha & other strong flavors when I'm hiking or driving or whatever.
I enjoy the more subtle flavors when I'm relaxing watching hockey or whatever and reading forums etc

I think we should start a "pass it on" thread for MBV juice.
Great idea

Ahhh and here I thought I should add the extra flavor shot to my Butterscotch (all the ones I tried actually) since I went with the 65/35 blend and the higher VG over the house 80/20 tends to mute the flavor a bit, in general. But I can see how being a bit sweeter than PG, the higher percentage of VG might actually enhance these bakery flavors rather than detract from them. So perhaps these would've been better in their default config without the extra shot. Oh well, we shall see.

Also I'm still weaning myself off analogs completely. I used to smoke Djarum Blacks (the real ones I buy directly from Indonesia instead of the crappy cigar ones which is the only kind available in the US now) and usually smoked about 5/day but yesterday I only had 1 analog, split over 2 sessions. Go me!

I'll be sure to let y'all know if it works out with the higher vg and less flavor shots (I had added 2). I know I had a higher VG mix from another vendor for a bakery item and it was out of this world delicious. That is what makes me think this might work. As you said, we shall see. :D

And congratulations on cutting down on the analogs!
