I have recently gone back up to 18mg. 12 and 6 just weren't doing it for me. And this morning I went so far as to get into the car just to go buy a pack of smokes. Is it over yet?

I think I have an idea as to why this happens sometimes for me. My brain seems to think that having a cigarette works faster than the e-liquid does. In stressful situations if I haven't had any nicotine for a while my brain just zooms in on NEED.... SMOKE.... NOW... and an image of MARLBORO flashes in my mind. Great advertising eh? heh.

you didn't tho, right?

Depends on which setup I am using. If I use a Protank or such I have to vape 12+. If I am using a dripper, 6mg usually gets me where I need to go.

hey you....ltns. hi-there-smiley.gif

I chain vape 18mg during the day and 12mg at night. haven't been able to get lower yet (been a bit over a 100 days). I still crave cigs every once in a while and don't want to buy any! criticalmass, did you buy them?

No. I'm sucking on vapor like a madman trying to curb the urge. :)

I learned something when I was trying to quit smoking and just vape. If I didn't have any cigarettes at all, it drove me nuts to the point I had to go buy some. To this day I still have a carton under the front seat of my car with 8 packs left in it. I think just knowing they were there allowed me to relax and not think about it. Those 8 packs have been sitting untouched in the same spot for months now, ut I don't dare get rid of them. Am I crazy? :p

dusty....i see you lurking. helllllooooo. are you busy DIY'ing? we miss you.

Hi'ya darlin, As a matter of fact I am, getting ready to do another batch, I'm going to have to break into my Amber Bottles that I use for essential oils, I like the clear ones for the juices as I can see the liquid in them and watch for a color change as they age. As for lurking yup, this is just a very rough period for me and have no desire to let it bleed into the thread. You guys are the best! :toast:

Got 2 or 3 packs in the closet behind the juices. Almost a year old, probably
pretty stale by now. Shrugs.

I haven't smoked in about 16 years, but started vaping to get off of smokeless tobacco about 2 months (and a week, yeah!) ago. I tell myself that I didn't "quit" dipping, but my last can is still in my jeep untouched since I started vaping. There is a certain peace of mind in knowing that the former monkey is there.

Whatever works! :thumb:
