Morning all. vaping some Maple Pecan this morning cause I'm trying to conserve Vanilla Butternut and can't do chocolates or coffees because my coils need some rebuilding first... I'd rebuild them all this weekend but that would most likely result in not being able to do any rebuilds on the rba when it gets here, so I'm just sticking to clearish juices for now.

Tornadoes on the radar for today, hopefully none will actually touch down.

No - not at all. I don't really like it by itself, honestly (it probably needs to steep more)...but with a fruit flavor like blueberry or strawberry, it's really good!

Other snack suggestion~ Cream cheese with chopped green olives stuffed celery sticks. Some type of dip and chips. Maybe the refried bean 7 layer dip with tostidoes?
Or the velveeta with rotel tomatoes dip. Cheese, meats and crackers or mini sandwiches.
For a sweeter treat .. I always serve pineapple chunks with caramel sauce for dipping.

i'd just like to caution folks on the way they speak of Kelli. Kelli is a ginger sister and she's bi-polar with a lot of emotional issues. she may see things differently than others, but that does not mean that her feelings are illegitimate. they just happen to be how she perceives things. she has a right to feel the way that she does. if one of feels that her views are not correct or not based upon your own reality, it might be more constructive to take that up with her. i do not think it is constructive to imply here, that things are not as she sees them. it may do more harm to our sister than good.

i was raised with 2 gingers and it was tough. being bi-polar is a family trait. a little patience and a little kindness are a better recipe for dealing with people who's minds can get the better of them. we make allowances for the grumpy old men among us and for idiots like me. we may sort this out in due time. Kelli is kind-hearted and generous, and some days are better than others. she has a bit of a rebellious side, that's not much different than those who a re slap-stick minded. it's just how she is. let's be fair to her and try not to make her the center of public discussions.

I am in no way slamming Kelli with my post. I've gone back and forth with Kelli since she first started here, and most of our exchanges have been quite decent. She's a lovely lady and hopefully knows that I don't mean her any harm. I hope the same goes for most of the rest of you.

This Mods vs you conspiracy theories have got to stop. There's not much good that can come out of it. That's as simply as I can say it.

Also the perception that a Moderator comes into the thread and starts deleting stuff for the fun of it, is completely incorrect. We watch the whole board, see threads and posts as they happen. We clean out the ones that violate rules, sometimes without even going into the thread which is why you may see random stuff suddenly deleted. That does not mean that you are being picked on. Get that idea out of your head first, and try to understand that in a board that can see thousands of posts in a day, there's no time for following one or a few single individuals around cleaning up after them.

As mods we also like to socialize with members in certain threads, and we hope that by "hanging" with the members that we are able to influence them to the point that they know how we operate, not just on a single thread but across the board. Uno is a prime example on this thread. Would you take up for him if somebody on another thread was slamming him and his actions?!

We need your support as much as you need ours. We are vapers too, and do this not because we get paid for it, but because we want to see this forum be the best out there. Sometimes it requires us to make tough decisions and live with it.

Enjoy the place that we are striving to create, and let us do what we need to do to keep it that way.

Dusty_D I do not think anyone was complaining about moderation as moderation, or that they are being singled out, or that there is a conspiracy of any kind. The generalized reference was meant to be a generalized reference to stay within the TOS. We are all adults, we all agreed to the TOS, lines were crossed and moderation happened. Tact and Civility would have gone well with that moderation. I am too busy to do things well is never an excuse.

That being said, you folks do an enormous amount of work for this place. Thanks for that!
