Khala I'm learning how to clean pt mini 2 too. So confused T_T

Google PT2 cleaning and you'll find a couple of youtube videos that walk you through it quite nicely.

I hope so, cause I've been dryburning 'em that way since November. :D

(Yes, in fact I prefer to dryburn on the MVP2 cause then I can see exactly what my voltage is. Less risk of popping a coil.)

Awesome, thanks. I've only had my hands on the MVP2 for a very short while (borrowing it) - didn't disassemble it and figure out which parts went where. I'll get to inspect one again this weekend - I may actually bribe my buddy into letting me pull the thing apart.

You already know what you should do. I quote: "I know it's bad for me."

Add in everyone else's comments, and then assume that we all pretty much know what we're talking about. :)

I love the question list. I'm going to have to come up with my own list for my I'm-getting-tempted-to-go-vv device.

The older we get, the smarter our elders get. Amazing how that works.

Caffeine. Breakfast of champions.

Isn't everyone? :D I know I am!

^^This!

Oh moving to VV is a must. MBV likes a lower voltage but some liquids you can really crank up to get great flavor. ;)

Another enabler. Doomed, I am...

It's all Seanchai's fault. :)

I will push a vv device but only because the difference can be huge depending on the liquid. But a vv 3 is like 30. So not too hard on the wallet.

Hi, do you guys use mod stand at home?? if yes, where did u get it??
I don't want to drop my SID T_T

I just use empty pill bottles for my tanks and round batteries. Taped a bunch together for stability. It's not pretty but it works and it was free. When the weather warms up, I'll build something a little more presentable out of basswood or similar (I want it to stay light so I can still pick it up with one hand.) My MVP2 stands up nicely on its own, though I lay it on its side if it has something top-heavy on it.
