That's why I like the KFL+ better
I do the set it n ferget it & prefer the cleaner profile from not having anything extra exposed.There's really only 3 things that could make someone prefer one over the other & all are tiny (& boil down to personal preference)
- airflow location, as we've already discussed the pros of both sides
- the finish, which is easy to fix for some of us, but there are those who aren't so mechanically inclined... or lazy
- the drip tip, which I would say the R91 is better if you use the stock tip, but the KFL+ is better if you use any other tip since you don't need an adapter

Buying from eBay is just like buying from a B&M. You're adding another person to the chain who wants to get paid, so there's going to be a mark-up.

No the brushed one is at home, the thing I lost with brush finishing was the russian logo on the bottom. I was going to leave it but the difference in finish bothered me. It does not bother some. It basically matches perfectly with my brushed Nemesis. I just used scotch bright pads on it. You can use sandpaper in the finer grits though. I did it by hand while watching TV. There are tons of threads on it.
I do not regret the KLF+ purchase. It is an awesome atomzier. The R91 comes with the adapter. I can't stand the built in tip. I use the metal tip out of the Fatboy2 looks great on it.

For smaller, bulk items, correct. But that's because the vendor can buy, say, 1000 of them & sell them for cheap while making a smaller profit. That's just a numbers game. Higher end stuff like the KFL/R91, there's less of a markup, they're more difficult to get in bulk & a bigger initial investment, it's just not practical for most suppliers.

T'was nuttin hunny. Any time for you.I just say that because if you're using the stock tip, it's more secure on the R91. If you're going aftermarket, it's a cleaner look not needing to use the adapter... and one less part to clean. I'm a brewer, I look at everything as how many parts does it have that potentially need cleaning. Brewing = 95% janitorail duties, 4% math/science, 0.5% actually brewing/fermenting & 0.5% drinking

They have the replacement windows that come in different colors - clear, yellow, orange, green & red. Put a red window on a polished KFL/stainless mod & you have a Cylon

I don't know about that, you can get the R91 for about $50 from China. Going by suggested retail of $92.50 (which most do) that's a big amount of markup leeway.
That's still a lot of money compared to clearo coils. A small business can afford to sit on a couple thousand dollars worth of product a lot easier than $50,000.
I prefer Ground Hogs, they are cuter and taste better with pecans. Anyone who prefers Squirrels is wrong, even though they taste better with wallnuts.

Most of them are. I need to get in the shower now that the coffee's gone. I'm not sure what I'm looking forward to least, showering with a broken ankle or driving to the city. I'm thinking the city because that sucks regardless of injuries.
