Here's my POV on this...

My husband got a Provari mini and was incredibly frustrated with the battery life. He ended up getting an extender cap (which makes it exactly the same size as the full-sized Provari) and larger batteries. Then he bought a full-sized Provari, plus an extender cap, and bigger-still batteries. Now he is happy. And I'm happy that he's happy, but I don't think he's any happier than I am with my eGo Spinners. I love them very much, and I was able to buy several in different sizes and colors for less than he paid for any one of his Provaris. He is definitely an All Day Vape kind of person, though. He has his Provari with a Protank, with his one favorite flavor, and he's got it made. Good for him!

I suspect that you may be more like me, though... I rotate a bunch of flavors, and often have a fist-ful of vapes when I go from one room to another. I carry a couple (or few) Spinners with Kanger T3 minis, all filled with different flavors around with me. That makes me happy. So, my recommendation to you is to get several Spinners. Personally, I prefer the Spinners to the Twists. The main thing is the knob is better, but I actually think the vape is better too. I think it has something to do with the quality of the Pulse Width Modulation (I've read about it, but couldn't possibly explain it!). I get mine from AltSmoke.com and I have them in both 650mAh for out and about, and 1300mAh for home, but there are plenty of places to get them.

Just my :2c:

I was thinking the same thing about having a bunch of them in different colors and such. That innokin itaste mvp might fit in there though. 2400/2600 mah!!!Wut!? Hehe. I really like that. Maybe I'll get one of those AND then add a few Spinners to my group (they have more color options than the regular twist as well).

Thank you for the advice. And, yes, I do have several different devices full of different flavors.

Good question. No, I cannot afford it right now. I can get it for Christmas or maybe in a couple of months. I would like to get something that I don't have to constantly charge and was looking at the Sigelei Zmax Mini, because it seems to be on sale, but the battery says 400 mah. I don't see how that can compare with my 1100 mah eGo C Twist. So, I'd have to go with something bigger... but I don't know if I want to do that or just wait. Oi! Either way, I need another battery now... I may just buy another eGo twist or a Spinner to hold me over. I just want, want, want. You know?

I guess there's more than one of us who has that sweet Provari on our next Christmas wish list!! I'd love a mini pink one myself! I'm at the same place as you. Well, almost...my 2 1300 spinners still are going strong but at almost 2 months I am thinking of back up incase either or both of these fail. I've decided to go with another spinner for now. I really like it, the vv numbers are easy to see, and it just works great for me! I vape like a chimney too but it lasts me all day and the other one is charging during that time so I'm good to go. I've thought about an ego passthrough too...seems practical since I'm at the computer a lot! Sorry for the off topic. Just wanted to add my 2 cents. Now I need to talk MBV juice!!

Ok....I am having a serious issue with self restraint! I just placed another order, my second in one week. Oh, my poor cc!! I noticed the shipping...standard USPS....was almost double my last order. I spent a little more this time, but only by about ten dollars. The shipping went from 3-something to 6-something. Anyway.....this is what I ordered, and after this one I have to stop for awhile!!! I think I'm pretty well stocked with great flavors, not to mention all of the new combinations I can create!!

build it yourself...Roonie's Chocorazz Truffle, 2 parts fudge brownie, 2 parts raspberry, 2 parts butter cream, with 1 FS fudge brownie.....30ml....12mg...50/50
Morning Vape......30ml....12mg....50/50...1FS
Pineapple Upside Down Cake....30ml.....12mg....50/50...1FS (still have around 12ml. left of this but needed MORE!)
Solar Flare....30ml....12mg.....50/50....1FS
Whipped Cream....30ml....6mg....50/50.....2FS
free sample request.....Freckled Strawberry

My non smoking, non vaping spouse is going to freak out!! 8-o

Off Topic just a moment:

I'm such a new Vaper. I'm wanting to get an APV or two more eGo Twist batteries. I'm not sure which is the best choice. I enjoy the simplicity of my eGo Twist, but I hate constantly having to switch out batteries to charge throughout the day because I use my pv like a frickin' pacifier. I see sales on things like the zmax mini (I think it is called.. on Vapor Joe's blog), but then everyone says to save your money and just get a ProVari. I seriously need advice. And since this is where I buy 95% of my juice, I'd love to hear recommendations from people using the same juice I'm using. If you have the time and the inclination.

Thanks

On Topic, I should get my order Saturday or Monday. Not sure yet. But I am excited. I got almost ALL new flavors. :vapor:
I initially bought a Vamo V2 because I didn't think it was a great idea to spend $200+ on my first APV, not knowing if I would like a Provari. I really liked the Vamo, ordered it from a Chinese vendor for less than $40. I liked it so much that I ordered a second from an American vendor. I like that it can be used with 2 different battery sizes...it can be heavy with an 18650 battery, surprisingly heavy. Neither one of mine has had a problem, but the Vamo is notorious for a delicate connector. Here's the really great thing, IMO: I bought 2 mods that perform very very well for less than half the cost of a Provari. The Vamo is not only variable voltage, but also variable wattage. The Provari is not. Now, with all of that said...I of course, did not stop there and have purchased others as well. It is likely that you will purchase more mods at some point as well, so don't get too hung up on choosing the first one. I would say, however, that if you want a Vamo, hurry and buy a V2 before the V3 takes over the market...it has a mug only a mother could love, IMO. :)

I have taken one of my Vamos apart and refinished it. If I really needed to, I could buy the electronics and replace it...two solder points. The Provari is great because you can send it in for service...but then you have to send it away for who knows how long.

I still use my twists daily. They are great for running around town, IMO.

Can you compare the Butterscotch to the Butter Toffee? I'm wanting to try that Butter Toffee. The Butterscotch is .. okay.. for me, but it's not the flavor I'm wanting when I vape it. I'm wondering if the BT will be.

I like the butter toffee. It seems to be in the same league as Butterscotch but much lighter, as in NO TH.
I vaped it in an evod and they hit light to begin with so it might not be the best test device.
I have no, as in zero sense of smell so I'm probably not the best candidate for a flavor review.
I like what I like but I have simple taste buds.
Subtlety need not apply. Hammer my face with flavor or walk on by. or something...

Thank you for sharing your experience. There is a lot of wisdom in it. I'm thinking to buy the innokin itaste mvp 2600 kit and a couple of the Spinners in pretty colors.. yes, I want some girlie rigs! hehe... I wish the mvp came in more colors. I think these three things will keep me busy for a while.

I may end up getting a Vamo, or something similar, eventually, because I want one that is vv/vw and can read the ohms of my coils, etc. And after your description, I like that it can take so many different battery setups.

I've never used the Spinners before, only the eGo C Twist. I hope they are as sturdy as the eGo. They have a much larger color range, which is nice. I, however, really like the rubberized feeling of the colored Twists. I don't know what the Spinners feel like.

I'll take the rest of this year to purchase these three things.. and then decide if I really need a ProVari. I do love that satin purple though! And with a Phiniac tank with a Tribal Butterfly and my name in Tribal lettering, dusted with purple... that would be one gorgeous setup! I'd like to see more stores appeal to women, and men, with flashier color combos, etc. I'm sure we'll get there, eventually.

Thank you all for offering me advice. You really helped me a lot. Trying to decide which step up to take can be very stressful! I think I can make that decision a bit more confidently now though. So, again, thank you. :)

Once you figure out what flavors you really like you can just order once a month. Any order over 50 dollars is free shipping. The shipping is not as fast though. I usually get about 6 30 ml bottles and any other hardware I might need and it comes to 52 dollars after my discount and free shipping.

Got my order today of blunt needle tips (4..already have 2), which I really like to use.
Swedish Lime, Strawberry shortcake, cucumber mint, white out, and a sample of black clove! Black clove?! Sounds intense. Does anyone have experience with it? Seems like it would need a good steep, along with the cucumber mint and strawberry shortcake. Is black clove a good mixer with something else? I was never into clove cigarettes. This is the first time I didn't request a specific flavor for my freebie....hope I like it.

Black Clove? Mmmm that sounds really good!! Not up on the site yet so I'm curious what the black part of it is. If it means it's more similar to Djarum Blacks then I need some of that pronto as Blacks were my analog of choice when I was smoking. Of course, I love black cherry, blackberries, and black raspberries as well, so either way.... I recently got the Clove flavor and really liked it, reviewed it a few pages back.

I really love my Sigelei Zmax telescope. Got a great price on it when I ordered it, and I love being able to just set the wattage at my preferred once and not have to worry about changing the voltage when I put a new clearo, tank, or atty on it. Of course, I sometimes do so because different flavors taste differently as you adjust the heat, but it's nice to know I'm not gonna blow my atty because I forgot to turn down the heat.

That said, I looked at the Sigelei Zmax mini recently too and it looks like a good deal. My Zmax can be run in mini mode too by using only a single 18500 or 18350 battery so it's almost like 2 different PV's in one, but the Mini is less expensive so if cost is your primary concern.

A lot of people also like and recommend the Vamo. Check out Phil Busardo's YouTube reviews on them for sure. I don't buy anything without listening to what he has to say about it first. He's extremely thorough in his reviews.

Besides my Sigelei, I also have a Smoktech Winder VV 1100 mAh and an iTaste VV 800 mAh, plus my 2 78mm e-cig Volt batteries from Smokeless Image. Despite the fact that I've got 2 mid-range VV batteries, plus a high end one, I still use my e-cigs quite a bit too, much easier on the go, and especially driving with. (I know you didn't ask on those but figured I'd give you the full picture. :)

Not sure if I really answered your question or not, so let me just add that personally, I'm not rich enough for a Provari and the Sigelei Zmax combined with all my other battery mods is working out just fine for me. Other than my SI Volt e-cig batteries, I can and do use all my other 3 batteries/APVs with clearos, carto tanks, atty drippers (not rebuildables), and plain old cartos.

You're welcome:) I had a thought later, and that is this: I change flavors often during the day, so I don't mind having several eGo twists, a couple of Vamos, and a few mech mods set up with different flavors. It allows me to change my vape throughout the day. If you like to change flavors, I think you'll find yourself in a similar situation. There are certain flavors that I tend to use with particular devices, I guess just because it works well. In the end, I don't think I couldn't live without any one of them...I could make do with whatever is on hand. The sky won't fall if you don't like your mod choice, and you can always sell it on the classies if you decide that you don't like it. BTW, if you're not verified, I highly recommend getting verified so that you can access/participate in the classifieds and CoOps. :toast:

Just rechecked my Black Clove. It's the standard 80/20, no FS, 12 mg.....and is definitely pink when I hold it up to the light. I can see through it. Hmmmm???? A conundrum!

No, I'm just being an idiot. I double checked and my Black Clove is a amber color. I was thinking of Chocolate Frost for some reason. Carry on...
