This is for the extreme ice fans. So my last batch that I had was ok, but it seemed a bit off as I was thinking it was either the nova or iclear as I don't keep a log of what device I use as I switch all the time and have ordered maybe 8 50ml's of it before.

So I ran out and got my new 50ml only steeping for one day and bam, there was a difference. So I checked my order history and the last one didn't have any flavor shots and this one did. It makes all the difference in the world. So my question is this then, how many flavor shots do you put in? I know now that I need to put 1 shot in for sure now, but curious if you've experimented with anything above that and what you thought of it. I've scanned these forums about mtbaker and it seems that the standard is 2 shots for almost everything except for a few exceptions. Extreme Ice is my ADV and I don't think I'll change any time soon. I'm still on the hunt and Black licorice and camel apple are #2/#3 but nothing beats my ice yet, and I was never a menthol smoker either.

This is the nicest supplier.
They always send a good size (10 or 15ml?) free sample.
Good business tactic because if you like it, you start buying that flavor.

15 ml, but you need to understand that in the comment section you can request what you want as a free sample which so ... amazing. Their standard is 80/20 at 12mg. I just checked my order history and went through them 13 times and all but 1 time they didn't send the free sample that I requested. It was human error or they were really really wanting to push their tea line, but no biggie.

I buy the DIY Extreme Ice flavoring and mix at 15%, and I don't enjoy a stronger mix. I think MBV starts their mix at 12%. (I hated menthols when I smoked too)

I have to disagree about adding flavor shots...at least for me personally, the most I ever go is +1 and that is only for a very few flavors. Everyone's taste is different, so some may want several extra flavor shots...

MBV was one of our first suppliers when we started buying e-juice, and I was honestly worried that I wouldn't be able to taste things normally, so we did a lot of +2 out of the gate.

Now, for me, I usually get most things at +1 (I do still frequently use +2 with mix-your-own since it makes the math easier most of the time). My fiance, who really loves strong flavors, will usually still request +2, but at least two juices steeped to something entirely too strong for my tastes (Amaretto & Butterscotch). Some of the fruits I still find to be light vapes at +2 (Key Lime comes to mind immediately).

So I've been more or less playing a guessing game with new flavors. Drinks, candy, mint/menthol & bakery, I start with +1. Fruit, I still do +2 on a first order. I still vape Creme de Menthe at +2.

There's definitely a sample-n-see to it, but I'd rather have a juice taste too light than be so strong I don't want to use it. I'm sure at some point I'll find a fruit vape where +2 is too much, and I'll have to order more to tone it down.

Are you mixing pre-made juices or creating a "Build Your Own" juice on the MBV site?

They will give you all VG freebie too if you request it, I like the surprise factor of what they might send but until this order I had to give it away because of PG

I guess I'm lucky, in that my one failure was still vapeable, just not what I was going for.

Hint: Both Cookies & Cream and Vanilla Ice Cream have some punch to them. They will completely overpower Creme de Menthe, and instead of the Mint Oreo Blizzard you were looking for, you will have cookies & cream with extra vanilla.

It's not bad, exactly, it's just nothing special. I'm not sure that it would work with any of their other mints, either, though. DQ's mint syrup isn't peppermint or wintergreen or spearmint, and it CERTAINLY doesn't resemble extreme ice in the faintest.

I ordered 1x each of peach, orange and double apple. 15ml 50/50 +2 on extra shots on each cuz I likes a strong flavor. From what I've read on here, I'm sure I won't be disappointed. ;-)
