My Hawk Sauce has 3 flavor shots added. its not overpowering at all. Its just right in my opinion.

Yes, the spearmint is more dominant on the cucumber mint, I'll agree. If you want something to knock your socks off that's fruity and tart, try Solar Flare. IMHO, it is out of this world!! I taste grapefruit and smartees. It will flavor your atomizer so keep a dedicated tank for this one, and I use a metal tank (mini vivi) as it's pretty citrusy. I think I'm having allergies too, and it's hotter than hell here and humid, which affects breathing in and of itself, which could be contributing to my coughing issues. They started with the heat and humidity in KC. Good luck....and I'd be interested in that cucumber mint juice, depending on ratios and nic mg. if you're interested!!
Roonies, I could have written this post as I am having all the same "problems". Plus I'm battling a light sinus issue that has my taste buds completely out of whack. NONE of my juices are doing it for me right now.
I want to vape fruit juice. I want something very tart and juicy right now and I don't have anything like that.
And yeah, the insomnia is making me crazy. Pretty sure I need to get some very low nic juice in my next order and get something very tart for these times when my taste buds take a temporary vacation.
I haven't had it long, but I'm not really caring for the cucumber mint too much yet. But in fairness, as I said, my tasters are out of whack. It tastes just like I'm vaping a stick of spearmint gum and really nothing more. I still have hope. But I may be PIFing this one pretty soon.
Anyway, can anyone recommend something really fruit juicy that really tastes like fruit juice?

I add a drop or two of sweetener to many juices in the tank. I think it brightens many flavors, but then, I'm a sugar freak!!
The MBV website shows to use the flavorings at 15 to 40% so I suspect that each shot is more than 1 or 2%. I think you should just add small amounts until you get it where it needs to be for you. I allow a few days of steeping on my original batching before I try to adjust it any.
A friend said that teh spearmint is so strong that he usually ony does 2% and its enough. I bought a tank of his and washed it but i should have retorched the SS wick too. I filled it with Blue Moo and I still taste spearmint. Oddly enough Blue Moo with a hint of spearmint is pretty good.
I would go 2% and then add sweetener untill you get what you want.
I add sweetener to the spearmint. Straight out the bottle its Altoids and I wanted Wrigleys.
I start at 12.5% and add base or flavor as needed. It seems to be the best starting point across the board.
You're right, some flavors (not many) are light at 12.5% but I found flavor drops off rapidly when it's too much.
I mix down from 12.5% but rarely mix up.
For me light flavors will stay light. I just vape them at slightly higher wattage.
That 15-40 is a big no way AFAIC.
They've said different things in phone conversations and online chat but the consensus is they start at about 10% and each shot adds about 2%.
So +1 = 12%, +2 = 14%...

I always order MBV juice at +1 and find 12.5% or slightly less right on.
10% tastes almost unflavored to me
I always mix to 18mg 70/30 for myself.
I mix to 36mg 80/20 for someone else and can't even try it. It knocks my socks off!
He likes it at 12.5% but holy dragonfarts Batman. 36mg! I can barely taste the flavor but that's how he likes it.

I have a 236ml bottle of Hawk Sauce @ 65/35 +2 shots and it's seriously my adv.... No matter what other flavors I play around with, HS is my go-to... I'm about 1/2 through the big bottle and I think I ordered it in June. I *mmmay* up the pg/vg ratio and lower the shot count in my next order to see if that gives me a little extra punch.. I'm in love with it so I might not... If it ain't broke, right? Lol
Edit: I use evods for my delivery devices... Don't know if that helps or not.

And if this cucumber mint doesn't steep more to my liking, it's yours, if you want it. It's 80pg/20vg and 18 mg.

I've been vaping it exclusively out of my evods with zero problems.
If you're not getting enough flavor, then by all means add a couple extra shots next time
Its all about your own unique tastes. I've been off the analogs for about a year, so my taste buds are a bit sharper than they used to be. I've been vaping the hawk sauce (80/20, 24mg) for 9 hours straight now, and the flavor hasn't really diminished on me at all. I think i'll probably get 1 extra shot in it next time anyway to bring the flavor out even more.
Another post about what a great company this is. So a week ago I ordered 50ml of extreme ice and 30ml of Carmel Apple which was in stock at the time. I got a day latter saying sorry but it's not in stock anymore. Well I ran out of e-juice because of it and broke my 7 month streak.

Nope, it's been running fine in my evod for at least two months since I first ordered it.
I should say that it's been in the exact same evod the entire time for the past two months... I've only had to do a coil rinse and burn every now and then but it's never done any damage whatsoever to the reservoir holding the liquid.

No need to keep that cuc mint for me. I'm down to 6mg. nic now. Maybe you could add something to it so that you like it more. I love peach and mint together, in fact most fruits are good with a little mint. I've been vaping mine all day and I just love it!! Maybe it's the intense heat here....the mint is so refreshing! I wish the cucumber was a little more prominent too but I might try a build your own with spearmint and cucumber and go heavier on the cuc.

note on the cucumber mint....kicked up the volts to 4.3 on the spinner and definitely getting more cuc on the inhale, spearmint on the exhale. sweeter and mintier on lower volts.
