So, my most recent MBV order came in on Saturday. All my juice was in there, but I also ordered a 510 atty for dripping. It wasn't in the package.
This morning, I sent them a message using the contact form on the site. Within 5 minutes, I received two e-mails. One confirming my order for a new atty (at the amazing cost of $0.00), the next with the tracking number. Now, if THAT'S not customer service, I don't know what is!
MBV just knows how to make/keep people happy.
I have never experienced better customer service from any place whether it be online or in person.
