I just got my first tobacco today. American tobacco. I'm gonna let it steep for a couple days before I taste it. Smells good, kind of a maple type smell. I know spinfuel did a review of some of their tobaccos. I'll come back in a few days and tell you what I think about the one I have. I, too, would love to hear other people's opinions of them, especially RY4.
The American is the only one I have... I'm about 5 days into steeping, and it's still quite molasses-y
Please, please listen to me on this guys! I've been vaping American Tobacco for over a month now. Give it a nice 7-10 day steep, it will mellow out nicely and be delicious. Lots of flavors going on and takes a little time to get them to come all together. It was my first MBV juice that I bought and when I got it I was worried I messed up. Now however I love it and its a nice and smooth vape with all kinds of interesting tastes to it.
this day had to come, sadly, my taste buds are having a revolt. I've picked up 8 flavors this morning already and nothing tastes like it should - or did yesterday. *sniff*
actually even my coffee (not the coffee vape) tastes wrong too.

Should be receiving moo juice, blue ice, and ecto cooler today, any of these fairly vapable fresh out of the mail?
I'm feeling you on this one today. I've tried about 5 different juices this morning and ehhhhhh. What is going on? I've only been vaping since early last week. All was well last night so I dunno....
Darlin, I vaped Ecto straight out of the mail and it was very citrus zest-y, peely, which I LOVED but you may not like, so taste it, and if it's too strong, let it steep a bit. I'm 95% sure blue moo will need a steep, and I'm not sure ab blue ice.
samazon, thanks for all of the insight. I intend to load up on MBV juices when I am at the vapefest in person later this month and I am definitely going to have to try the salted caramel, and your experience and reviews let me know a little more, like about steeping times.

it looks like you ordered enough to get a little present juice bottle... whatever that one is, tends to have a little steeping time under it's cap. If none of the others blow your skirt up fresh from the mail box.. give the sample a go.
I thought I had dodged the bullet on the taste buds going ape sh t since I started vaping back in October.. turns out it's never too late I guess. Water has been my buddy from early on .. being an all VG broad, I really do lose water just breathing out the vapor.. anyway.. tonic water and bubble water seem to have cleared up the affliction some - plain water didn't do the trick today.. guess I needed the carbonation

I hope you have a blast at vapefest! I'm a teeny bit jealous that you get to go - take LOTS OF PICTURES! I'm heading to the Texas meet later this year and I'm SUPER excited.
Steeping times vary for everyone, so do drip tests at various intervals - that's how I found MY favorite steeping times!
Also when you're at the vendor table, you can talk to them about steep times - ask them how long their samples were steeped (or check the bottles for a made-on date) and keep in mind that some flavors taste strongly of one thing when they are fresh, and will mellow out a lot after a couple weeks in a dark corner.

I've mentioned a couple times now in recent posts that if you want a good tobacco then you have to try coumarin pipe. It's absolutely awesome. Havana is good as well but it's kinda perfume-ish. It's hard to describe but to me it almost has a lemony taste to it. Most likely an acquired taste unlike coumarin which is my go to tobacco vape.
I've not personally tried ecto cooler yet however there have been a few juices which are listed by MBV that are not plastic tank safe that I've had no issues with whatsoever. I use a vivi nova tank as well as a kanger T3. Those mentioned by MBV that I've tried are licorice, citrus, cinnamon, and sweet tarts and I've had no issues with them thus far. Of course I keep a couple extra tubes around just in case.
Blue Moo for myself was perfect out of the box, however after a bit of steep time it was better. Blue Ice (and any ice for that matter that I've tried ; yellow, black, blue, and pink) required no steep time. Blue Ice in particular is rather strong in my opinion and the steep time makes it stronger. I have two batteries, a vision spinner and a SLB ego v v2 mega and when I used Blue Ice I can't go over 3.7 in volts due to the hard throat hit it produces for me. Black Ice and Yellow Ice don't seem to have that effect, as for Pink Ice I didn't have these batteries when I had that juice.
Also I should probably note that with the exception of Pink Ice my levels were 80PG 20VG 0mg nicotine.
