I just got over what used to be a 8 -12 week summer crud in under 3, sinus creeping around to throat.. ears.. that lovely summer crud.
If you can get your hands on some colloidal silver and some vitamin C, you might be able to shorten the life of the sinus thing dramatically. the silver.. q tip the inside of your nose a few times a day and the C.. take it til you saturate.. I went with 1K mg an hour - took me two days to saturate

best thing ever about not smoking.. 12 weeks of crud down to less than 3 weeks

Try vaping some MBV extreme ice. I had bought a bottle for my long time menthol smoking wife and we both agree it tastes like Vicks. Figured we would put it aside for the occasional cold or sinus infection.

I actually have Menthol Crystal and have made some very Strong Menthol that I will be trying after I eat, maybe, just maybe it'll help a bit, but I have been dealing with these sinus infections off and on for years, due to actually have the orbit and sinus bones broke and the bone on the left orbit is out of place and obstructs the airflow to my left nostril.

That's odd, as I am still amazed that I get my juices from them in 2 days, coming from WA to Florida, and if someone mails me something from Florida it takes 4 days typically to get to me and I am in Florida, but they bounce it up to Orlando, to Jacksonville and then to me and I am only 85 miles away from Orlando. I guess that the USPS has a direct connection to Jacksonville from Washington State.

I feel your pain, I went to the doctors yesterday and I have a sinus infection, and on antibiotics and sinus spray to try and clear it, if doesn't work in the next 3 weeks, going to stick a big metal tube up my nose and suck the infection out, really hoping the antibiotics work. Hear all these people say how taste and smell gets better when give up smoking, I've yet to experience that and given up for nearly 5 months, this is why I have to get a minimum of 2 flavor shots with my MBV juices.

A bit over 2 months without cigs myself and still find it difficult to taste flavors at times, other times I'm amazed at what I'm tasting.

Yup, was told no sticky bun or cinnamon bun until the 14th. Also wont be getting replacement coils for the Protank or Pyrex Vivi Nova for 2-3 weeks. Sad panda. On the upside, I ordered a giant bottle of Hot Tamale, and 15 ml bottles of pink champagne and surprise grape. I also ordered a winder, a Protank, a Pyrex Vivi Nova, a Smoktech RDA and wicks and a drip tip. Excited to do some experimenting. Have never tried dripping before. Do you have to change your wick with each new flavour you try? Because that sounds like a pain.

Idk if u knew but the new Kanger protank 2 released already. I ordered 2. Everything comes apart and replaceable tips

Jacksonville is the bermuda triangle of FL mail. I had some meds mailed to me, went to the wrong house, they went up to Jacksonville, then back down here, got routed to the PO, went back up to Jacksonville, then finally to my house. (and yes.. it had my right address on it... but the bar code was smudged..)

i thought extreme ice tasted just like vicks too. or hall's eucalyptus cough drops. kinda nasty to me. i am sending dusty some menthol juice which will hopefully open him up.

I used to get sinus infections every few months and not one since I quit smoking! I'm so grateful for that. Sorry you're struggling but at least you're off the smokes!! I love my White Out and it does taste just like a white tic tac. I'd say minty, not menthol, and with a hint of anise on the exhale. Very good mixed with fruit flavors. I love it with the peach which I find to be too strong on its own.
