Oh, this post is very encouraging!! I am having a hard time losing my 'grief weight' and my dear hubby has been gone 7 years. I hate not being at my fighting weight. LOL. Wow, congratulations on being tobacco free and thinner!!
Remainder of the post snipped for brevity, but that's quite a testimonial to the effectiveness of vaping. Anecdotally, smoking cessation by other methods is almost always accompanied by weight gain.
Yup - 10+ (varying between 10 and 13) lbs down after I quit vaping and still holding 3 1/2 months later. It's so easy to vape a bavarian cream chocolate donut than to buy and eat one. I feel a lot better and my cravings are satisfied. WIN WIN.
I quit smoking and lost 20 lbs after I had a heart attack in 12/11
I started smoking again after 17 days. 17 days!
I gained 5 lbs back but I kept hiking.
