Opal, in addition to zinc, I would recommend some high calcium foods (I like yogurt ) and I would consider some magnesium. Magnesium helps the body use calcium. Heal fast, please. I miss your wit!!

Opal- I broke three metatarsals in my foot three years ago, on one step! It sucks, be glad you can walk though, I spent a month on the sofa. I remember hobbling to the kitchen to make coffee, managed to make it then realized I had no hands to get it back to the living room.

Yeah, it seems all people understand anymore is instant gratification. Sad. Things go out of stock. It happens. They fix it as soon as the can! Dissing a company or product just for a shortage is just plain wrong.

Sure I'm sad they're out of stock, but it's not like it's permanent. Those people need to get a grip.

so. the fruity make your own i had made, pineapple, honeydew, canteloupe, and i think something else, with sweet cream smells pretty good. it tastes ok, but then i get this peppery after taste i don't think it's my evod. /sad panda. i feel like i need some more/new straight fruit flavors. i only really have guava, jackfruit, and blueberry from mbv, strawberry and watermelon from another vendor.

any suggestions on some fairly straight forward fruit flavors? i do have some mixed ones like, red white and blue, moon dog, the moo's, razzleberry, cherry bomb, salacious strawberry.

thinking about that candy cane too. and maybe a cinnamon just afraid it'll be too harsh.

I have wild cherry...very nice. Peach...you said you don't like peach. Strawberry, Raspberry, pineapple, all very true to taste.

I like the grape, blueberry and blackberry with extra flavor shots. The orange (not blood orange) is also very tasty to me but it's a tank cracker.
The pepper taste is generally associated with the nicotine a lot of the time. If it's harsh you may need to step down in nic on some flavors.

The peppery after taste I bet is the nic strength. What mg do you get? I've never tried honey dew so can't help with that flavor
