Cake still tastes a bit like dust to me. But Candy Cane is a winner, tastes just like one. I expected it to be sweeter but I'm glad it isn't. It's not straight peppermint, but not much sweeter.

Maybe on the west but central/eastern is high dry desert, barely any rain for the whole summer.
My hubby loves the Jamaican rum. So I tried it. I'm gonna say its just as good as my beloved butterscotch. Gonna order a 236ml bottle as soon as its back in stock 
Well, I'm a stylist with naturally curly hair who had my own salon for 10 years!! So some of us do know how to deal with the dreaded curls! More don't than do. I'm lucky. My new salon I go to is 3 blocks away!! And regarding being off topic....now I feel like I'm walking on egg shells.....sheesh! We talk about the juice all the time! At least we don't abandon each other or MBV when most of our favorite flavors are OOS. I ordered at about 3am this morning. I got the order confirmation email but not the order shipped email. That's probably due to the site being down. I hope it's shipped. I've gone through over half of this 15ml. sample of Peanut Butter Cup in less than 24 hrs.!!! I have 50 ml. coming and I don't want to be without!! 8-o
ON TOPIC: I just tried Hawk Sauce for the first time yesterday, thanks to a trade with a super sweet member whose member name I constantly read as Ms. Computer Chair.

OFF TOPIC: ^That is exactly why I quit going to get my hair done. Hate hate hate it now. 45 minutes to get there -used to be 10 but then they moved- , an hour and a half of sitting through highlights, another 45 minutes of blow-drying and straightening (because, you know, not a single damn stylist I've ever been to knows what to do with naturally curly hair), and then the 45 minute drive back home. Four hours later I have straight, highlighted hair - and not a single strand was cut. That stylist is 30 minutes in the opposite direction.
Been coloring/highlighting/cutting my own hair now for a year and a half. Probably not the best thing for it, but hey - I still get plenty of compliments on it, so I guess it can't be gawd-awful.

2 orders ago my Doublemint Gum (renamed Twinmint Gum) tasted really chalky. I sent an e-mail asking if they used different flavorings, I know they have had supplier problems recently. The response was that, no, it was the same stuff. I just diluted it in stuff I already had to make it vapeable. I also got some more Jamaican Rum, it doesn't taste or look like my previous purchase. Honestly, it tastes like pineapple and coconut. While not bad, it's not what I was looking for.
My last order I chose peppermint (not touching the Twinmint for awhile) and it was really weak from what I have previously recieved. Again I just dumped it in with my "everything mint" bottle and am able to use it. I'm not sure whats going on.
Up until my last two orders, I have enjoyed everything I have gotten from MBV. Not giving up on them but, Man, this is discouraging.

Is it possible you have vapor's tongue? When I get that it really throws the flavors off for me. My last 2 recent orders have been spot on for me. Hope they get better for you. It is discouraging when that happens.

I fast steeped it in hot tap water when I first received it. Depending on the order, I have had them for 2 and 3 weeks.
i hate that you are having a bad experience, carl...... maybe you could ask james about it in the thread i posted above. i only had one odd thing with all the juice i have ordered from MBV. i had two different bottles of root beer juice, one was dark, the other light. but they both tasted fine.

I am at a critical point just now. I couldn't make the leap from 6mg to 0mg, so I have a large 6mg bottle I am slowly refilling with 0. I won't know when I hit 0, so I took me out of the problem.
My "everything mint" is serving it's purpose. My best guess it has menthol vanilla, Twin Mint Gum, Spearmint, Wintergreen, and Candy Cane (in varying amounts). It fixed my issues for the most part, just hate that I can't enjoy them separately. Well, until the next order that is >.<

(2) If you don't, can you give me a bit of comparison of the ones you've tried?

I noticed in my last bottle of caramel apple that it is very light...even after 2 weeks it didn't darken as much as the previous. Taste about the same though.
