Ok, let me preface this by stating this is only a general rant, it is not directed to any one person, place or thing!!!
I never cease to amaze me that so much is expected in such a short period of time, people need to remember that this is a small company, they have had issues and have been working their hardest to get things sorted, they have stated the issues with their supplier and worked to get that correct, they have to deal with being out of stock and the complaints about it, the questions etc. It be posted time and again that they SHOULD have the stock back in by the end of the month, guess what, it's NOT the end of the month yet!!! So, they got in their stock, I have no clue as to have much they have to order etc and that is really at this point not the issues, the issue is that as soon as people noticed that items were being restocked they get all over it like flies on a cow patty, then if something isn't put up fast enough the pitch a fit, GOOD GOD people get a grip, it's not the end of the world!!!
Everyone needs to take into consideration that while supplies have been received there is still work that needs to be done, inventory etc, etc, etc, then filling orders as quickly as you can, start putting things back online that are in stock and then have to contend with those that just don't care if a certain juice isn't up fast enough as you see others being restock and posted on the site you get all pissy (easily irritated/bitter) and make comments and statements that are like a child throwing a temper tantrum because you didn't get it your way in the time frame you wanted it to be there. I fully understand that anticipation, frustration that all this can cause us, be geeez, they are working on it for crying out loud, cut them a break! If you just can't understand things happen and have no loyalty, consideration or understanding, that is just not being realistic, life happens, things are not always perfect.
I have been on both sides of this fence and I fully understand there are things that we just cannot control from a customers stand point and vendor stand point, I used to get all of my essential oils from overseas and you are at the mercy of your suppliers and do the best you can and keep people informed and updated, this is exactly what MBV has done, give them a break here and don't try to ploy we have been waiting for weeks etc, etc, we knew this and yet people continue to cry and moan and get all ...... off and threaten to go somewhere else, well, that's just a shame, I have had this happen to me when I was making custom blended oils for massage, making hand made incense etc and it's sad to see that people get their panties in a bunch when they don't get their way right NOW. It's like having "Fair Weather Friend's" who needs that crap!!!
I fully understand about wanting to have something right when I want it but that is not the way life works, cut down on the nicotine, caffeine or whatever is making you so uptight or take a chill pill, have a drink, take a deep breath, feel the sun on your face, smell the roses. If someone is dong the best they can and you can't understand that.... well don't don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya!
Sorry for the rant but I am so tired of seeing all the hypocrisy, name calling and all the darn blood clot crying! I have things I want but I am sure not threatening to go somewhere else, turn my back on anyone for something that is out of someones control, make rude or demanding comments!
Again, my apologizes for the rant but man it's just old now! I'm just happy they started getting in their stock, happy to see the quickness in which they have put things up and try to keep us notified and up to date!
