ok mvb buddies - so many choices ... input please

I am trying to pick 3 or 4 flavors for a new vaper. He is a little high strung - think poodle energy -- kinda odd on a really tall, skinny 53 year old... but I digress

anyway - I haven't been able to get him to stand still long enough to try much-- and since my juices are max vg and very low or no nic - the tastes would be a bit different in 18 and 24 mg anyway..

so far he really likes the plain banana in no nic and hubby's dark horse from hhv. and some other tobacco I got a long time ago-- the only 18mg in the house. he didn't mind some of my other bakery sweet flavors but did not seem interested after a couple pulls.
he says he's not a menthol fan too.

I'm staying away from tank scary juice too-- he needs simple -

The ones I have that tend to be big crowd pleasers all around: Bananas Gone Nuts, Strawberry Shortcake, Pineapple Upsidedown Cake, Cinnamon Roll, Whipped Cream, Salacious Strawberry.

I think personally that a fruit and bakery combo seems to please most, and also tend to be good right away, although steeping makes them better of course.

You could also get a few empty bottles and give him samples of some of yours in addition to his own. The empty bottles are cheap.

I got Vanilla Tobacco and Coumarin Pipe in my last order but haven't tried them yet. They smell good though.

Well I hope I'm pleasantly surprised. Trust me I won't complain.

Just a reminder that I am sure you are totally aware of, but I'm going to mention it anyway, there are some juices that require steeping, I can't tell you how many times we have seen people stating that this or that juice is nasty, chemical tasting or has no flavor, what some aren't taking into account these are made fresh to order and more complex flavors and tobacco do require a decent steep time to develop. Hope you enjoy what you are getting, nice list. :toast:

I fully agree, and I don't think this gets mentioned enough, thank you!

Sure, some juices may not require steeping, and some people think steeping is a rubbish concept, but there are PLENTY of MBV juices that change dramatically at the 2+ week mark, and some may take even longer than that to become fully enjoyable or to fully transform into the flavor they're actually intended to be.

So please, please, please steep if something tastes off or not right to you, and if you aren't sure if your flavor needs steeping read around and see what several* people say about steeping that exact flavor from MBV (Note* Several people :))

You may also be able to find some flavors suggested steeping times in the MBV group section

I'm very new too vaping, are any of these considered tank breakers?

Here's a list they maintain of every flavor anyone has reported causing damage to their tank. Some of these may be fine, if anyone says they had a problem they don't investigate, they just list it just in case.
E Juice that may break a plastic tanks | Mt Baker Vapor WikiMt Baker Vapor Wiki

It all depends on the tank. Read the replies at the bottom of the list. I done several on the Destroyer list in Kanger T3s without any problems.
Hawk Sauce 50mL (3months) Will be on next order and go in same T3 (I hope).
Ocean breeze 50mL (2months)
Root Beer 100mL (3months) Will be on next order and go in same T3 (I hope).
I got a Kanger Protank II now that I'll be using for some Destroyers I plan on ordering.

I like the idea of blue hawk, I've got both available to make it happen too. Hell I'd get whatever flavor they make a Hawk Sauce variant of. Faux hawk is decent, I mixed some with og hawk and vaped that 15ml bottle so fast.

I want either a Orange moo or banana moo, or a lemon moo...

My latest love from MBV has been Demon Energy, a 30ml bottle lasted me a week so I made sure to order a 236ml of it, along with another bottle of banana cream pie, thug juice and apple rings.

I was hoping after sitting for more than a month that the menthol would dissipate a bit. Loaded it up, nope, more menthol than before. Turned into that mentholated urinal cake taste like Thug Juice.

I really hate to ask... but how do you know what Urinal Cake tastes like?

(and are you sure it's not Velvet Urinal Cake?)

Yes, I do like the Peanut Butter very much, for me it does require about 1 1/2 week steep. I had ordered a bigger bottle on Saturday. I also like the Hazelnut and that one is my comfort vape, helps me when I get that dreaded VT or when I have overdone it on fruity flavors.

Regarding steeping.......I ordered the Butter Pecan and it was the worst thing that I had ever tasted. Tasted like pecans that spent a week in a 500 deg oven. Three weeks later and it has moved from "don't even give away" to being put on my "reorder" list. I like sweet juices and I use the Butter Pecan as an in-between vape to get off the "sugar high".

Also, on the last order my "freebie" was Prickley Pear. In real life I don't like pears so I didn't think I would care for it. It is actually a pretty good juice. Steeped for one week. Moderately sweet with a decent TH and good flavor. This is not a "reorder juice" for me but if you like pears it is worth trying.

Hazelnut, hmm. Well thanks, another one goes on the wish list.
