There is a distinct difference in being a blind fanboi and a fan with reason. Though it's entertaining to be jumped on for saying good things AND pointing out issues. Which was more bothersome?
There is an issue, plain and simple. Not acknowledging it, when the owners and any rational person has, is just, well, irrational.
We're not talking about a few days here or there. We are talking about roughly six weeks of being out of stock of a large portion of their flavors. Does extending a sale, albeit for a few dollars, make a difference to me? Absolutely! It is the principle. Experiencing multitude of prolonged issues with their stock, website, and phone system would certainly trigger most businesses to offer some sort of thank you to customers for remaining loyal and patient.
Perhaps they are being lulled into a sense of safety from blind praise. For each of you, there is at least one other customer who has left in frustration. I do hope they pull it together. As I said, I've been a long time fan until their growing pains extended into months with no "thanks for sticking with us" to their customers. I would love for them to exhibit a little appreciation and humbleness; I'd be back. Unless or until then though, no dice.
As a side note, this is a forum, not a fanboi site. Free exchange of opinions and ideas was encouraged last I checked. Telling anyone who disagrees with blind fanaticism that they should not be allowed to post is ... well, go make a cult or something. (This is directed at one particular post.)
