thanks will pick one of the spinners up and see how I do with it. baby steps.....but like I said I love mine just wondering if they would be better....but if I already love the ego style why change right ? Maybe someday when I am more sofisticated

Not to mention the spinners are more "carrying around" friendly. My mods collect dust at home when I'm out and about

The ONLY "downside" I see to the Twists and to a lesser degree the 1300 mah Spinner, is that they don't stand up as well as the Vamo. I like to stand my devices on my desk at work, Vamo stays put fine, the Twists occasionally tip over with a desk jostle. Especially with a Protank, which is a little risky. The 1300 mah Spinner is pretty stable though.

Well I think the threads on my Vamo 2 are shot and I only had it since Feb. Yet the Spinner I have had since last oct is till good. What gives? I was planning on getting me a Vamo 3 next month but now I dont know.

I like the simplicity of the Vamo but are the threads better on the Vamo 3?

I don't really use the threads on my mods for just that reason. I semi-permanently install a 510 to ego adapter to protect the mod threads. When the adapter threads go bad, I just replace it.

I totally bought a handful of these (SoftDock Silicone Stand - Black) for just that reason. I like my non-VV egos, and use them almost all the time. But I want them to STAND UP DAMNIT.

Apparently the Vamo has brass threads and as such they are soft. You have to be careful when putting a tank on, never over tighten. The SVD has much beefier threads

I keep a small heavy bottomed glass, little bigger than a shot glass, on the table and just stick the egos' in there.
That way I don't worry about it falling over and breaking or leaking.

Jackfruit doesn't taste like licking a shoe.
